中文摘要：	中小企业是促进我国国民经济发展的新生力量，是经济活动中最具活力的成分，对我国经济的增长、税收的稳定、就业的增加、技术的创新起到了巨大的推动作用。特别是进入新世纪以来，中小企业的快速发展提高了市场效率、促进了市场竞争，对社会的稳定和发展有着不可忽视的作用。但是，因为自身存在的缺陷以及现行金融体制等原因，中小企业一直面临着融资难的困扰。为了解决这一问题，我国政府采取了一系列措施，例如财政补贴，但是在实践过程中，由于不同的原因，缓解中小企业融资难的效果并不理想。在此社会经济环境之下，本文归纳了国内外有关中小企业融资和众筹的相关文献，分析了我国中小企业融资的现状和原因，介绍了有关众筹融资的国内外发展情况，立足于我国实际，为解决我国中小企业融资困难提出一条全新的思路。互联网技术与金融相结合的创新型金融可以很大程度上缓解长期存在的中小企业融资问题。本文在互联网金融背景之下，提出构建以金融机构作为信息中介和信用中介的众筹融资平台，来解决中小企业融资困难这一问题。中小企业众筹融资平台突破了政府宏观调控和市场自我调节的局限性，实现了众筹融资各个参与主体的多方共赢。全文对我国现行中小企业融资模式进行了分析，找出存在的问题，对中小企业众筹融资模式进行了详细的阐述，深入剖析了各个参与主体在众筹融资中的作用与相互合作，并对政府在全新融资模式中应起到的作用提出了建议。关键词:中小企业；众筹融资；众筹平台
英文摘要：	Small and medium-sized enterprises (SME for short) are a new force to facilitate the development of our national economy, and the most dynamic component of economic activities. SME have played a huge role in economic growth, tax stability, employment expansion and technological innovation in China. Especially since the new century, SME with rapid development enhance the market efficiency, improve the market competition, and contribute to the social stability and development. However, the SME have been facing financing difficulties because of themselves’ defects and the causes of the financial system. In order to solve this problem, the Chinese government has adopted a series of measures, such as financial subsidies. But in practice, the consequence of alleviating their financing difficulties is not ideal due to different reasons. Under the social and economic background, this thesis summarized the related literatures with respect to domestic and foreign SME financing and crowdfunding, analyzed SME financing present situations and reasons of financing difficulties in our country, and introduced the development status about crowdfunding at home and abroad. The thesis also presented a brand-new thought to solve the financing difficulties based on the reality of our country. The innovative finance with the combination of the Internet and finance can largely alleviate the problems of SME financing. On the Internetfinance background, this thesis builds a crowdfunding platform which takes financial institutions as information and credit agency to solve the problems. The platform makes a breakthrough limitations of market self-regulation and government macroeconomic regulation and control, achieves a win-win situation of each participant. The thesis analyzed current SME financing models, found out the existing problems and diagnosed the crux. It further elaborated the SME crowdfunding model, made a deep insight into the role and cooperation of each participant in the crowdfunding financing and proposed a suggestion to the government.
