中文摘要:近两年全球经济开始缓慢复苏,今年开始复苏的趋势逐步加强,随之而来电梯市场也活跃起来,需求日益增加,特别是中国已经成为全球最大的电梯市场。全球各大电梯厂商在中国区域展开了激烈的角逐,再加之中国本土的电梯品牌实力日增,已经拥有了与外国知名品牌分庭抗礼的力量,市场竞争愈演愈烈。在这样的情势下,下力量获取竞争优势就成了每家厂商所必做的功课。 拥有160年历史的奥的斯电梯公司,是目前全球最大的电梯公司,在全球的市场占有率位居第一,不过在中国的市场占有率却屈居第三。在中国这个全球最大电梯市场上的表现对奥的斯电梯公司有着重要影响,因此如何巩固和提升在中国的市场地位,是公司上下必须深入思考的问题。本文研究的B公司实施JIT零部件供应物流的课题就是发端于如何获取竞争优势的思考,同时结合了本人在多年工作中遇到的问题和困扰。 本文通过用产业链理论对电梯行业进行分析、以及用供应链理论对公司现状进行分析,引出优化供应链管理的必要性,作为优化供应链管理的一项内容,整合物流运输、推行JIT零部件供应物流是当前B公司提高竞争力的重要措施。通过分析公司现状找出问题与JIT物流的差距,然后结合JIT的相关理论制定实施方案。通过实施这个方案,可以提高物流业务的效率、简化管理、降低物流成本、提高物流质量,同时也解决了现存问题和近期发展计划中所存在的问题。 本文的重点是研究B公司JIT零部件供应物流的实施方案,结合公司现状和短期内的发展计划,选定了适合的JIT物流模式,规划了物料流、信息流和资金流流程,并且在规划信息流的环节给出了一些必要参数的具体算法,对本文方案的实际应用给出了指导。 本篇论文通过对B公司实施JIT零部件供应物流一事进行分析并提出实施方案,为B公司推行这一计划提供了参考,同时也可以为其它准备实施JIT物流的制造企业提供参考。 
英文摘要:These years the global economy began to slow recovery, recovery trend gradually strengthen, followed by the elevator market also perked up, demand is increasing, especially in China has become the world’s largest elevator market. The world’s biggest elevator manufactures in China region launched a fierce competition, coupled with China’s growing domestic elevator brand strength, already has with foreign well-known brand competing power, market competition intensified. Under such circumstances, strength to obtain competitive advantage has become each vendor will do homework. Otis elevator company, which is 160-year–old, is currently the world’s biggest elevator company, ranked first in the global market share, but in China’s market share in third. In the world’s largest elevator market performance has important implications for Otis elevator company, so how to consolidate and enhance market position in China, is a question of company must think deeply about. In this paper, we study the subject of Otis elevator company to implement JIT parts supply logistics is originated in thinking about how to obtain competitive advantage, at the same time combined with himself in the problems in the work and problems for many years. In this paper, by using the theory of value chain elevator industry classification, as well as the present situation is analyzed by using the theory of supply chain company, lead to the necessity of optimization of supply chain management, as a part of optimization of supply chain management, integrated logistics, to implement JIT parts supply logistics is the current B measures to improve the competitiveness of a company. According to the analysis of current company find out problems and gap of JIT logistics, and combining with the related theory of JIT implementation plan. By implementing the plan, can improve the efficiency, simplify the management of logistics operations, reduce logistics cost, improve the quality of logistics, it also solves the existing problems and the problems in the recent development plan. The focus of this article is the study of B company JIT parts supply logistics implementation plan, together with the present situation of the company and the development of the short-term plan, selected the suitable JIT logistics mode, planning of material flow, information flow and capital flow, and some necessary parameters are given in the planning of information flow in the link of the specific algorithm, guide are provided for the practical application of the scheme. This paper through to the B company about the implementation of JIT parts supply logistics analysis and put forward the implementation plan, implement the plan provides guidance for B company, at the same time also can implement JIT logistics for other manufacturing enterprises to provide the reference.
