中文摘要：	在经济全球化、管理思想变革、信息技术革命等一系列风云变化的复杂商业环境下，企业之间的竞争已经由传统的、单一的价值链竞争转变为复杂、多变的价值网络的竞争。通过获取这种价值网络，使企业自身可以在全球范围内，全面考虑产品、业务的成本效益原则。这种价值网络的获取，则驱使企业日益渴望获得有效、有力的财务支持。面对激烈的挑战，财务变革或者说革新已经势在必行。而降低财务运行成本；业务支持到价值链层面；提供有效的决策支持则成了企业财务变革中首要需求。通过整合那些能够标准化的业务，并辅助以改造其流程，是财务共享中心通行的做法，通过以上行为来提高管理效率并压缩运营成本，同时提升服务水平。这样一方面解决了企业财务组织重复建设和效率低下的问题，另一方面又与价值网络建设的财务转型趋势相匹配，这样最终为企业管理服务提供了全球范围内资源最佳配置和优化的可能。 论文主要研究财务共享服务中心的相关内容，首先回顾了国内外相关文献的研究近况，然后对财务共享服务中心相关理论进行梳理，阐述了共享服务发展的若干阶段，比较了国内外企业设立财务共享服务中心的差别。通过文献回顾和分析找到有效地理论支撑，然后通过对C公司非洲项目财务管理模现状分析，寻找解决现阶段财务管理模式不足支撑C公司在非洲项目高速发展和扩张的办法，并通过C公司非洲项目财务共享服务中心的构建设想这一案例来验证目前待解决问题。 论文的创新之处在于通过梳理有关财务服务共享中心相关理论，与案例公司C公司非洲项目目前存在的财务管理模式现状进行分析，寻找出解决C公司目前财务管理模式不足的方案，具有很强的针对性；通过降低C公司财务管理的风险，提高财务核算的效率，为C公司非洲项目今后的实施提供了有力的支持，同时也为中国企业非洲项目财务管理模式提供了一定参考价值。
英文摘要：	Under economic globalization, changing management thinking, the information technology revolution of the situation changes and a series of complex business environment, competition among enterprises has been from the traditional single value chain competition into complex and the value of the network competition. By obtaining this value network, so that enterprises can itself on a global scale, fully consider the product, cost-effective services.
