| 中文摘要: | 供应链管理,作为在当今经济发展中日渐兴起的概念,不仅在国外的企业经营中越来越重要,在国内的企业里也开始受到重视。当今的供应链管理作为一个广泛的管理范畴,企业内部的生产管理,与企业外部的上、下游管理相结合,构成一个整体的系统化的全面管理科学。而丰田生产方式是一个能够使企业盈利的企业综合管理体系,是广大企业学习的焦点。如何能有效地将丰田的供应链管理的优点,有针对性的结合到自己的公司,是我们需要仔细研究的问题。 文章试图以本人服务的德思福耐火材料(天津)有限公司为平台,通过研究自身供应链管理的不足,以丰田生产方式为标杆,尝试将丰田的精益理念与先进的供应链管理理念相结合,改善公司的供应链管理现状。对于德思福天津公司的供应链管理改进,主要通过两方面进行,分别是供应链上、下游改进和供应链内部的运营管理改进。供应链上、下游改进分别对订单管理、采购和供应商管理进行分析和提高;供应链内部的运营管理改进主要是针对其生产管理、物流管理和库存管理,进行提升。 在实际工作中,通过引入了丰田模式,使公司得到明显改善,取得了不错的效果。当然,也还存在着很多不足,需要在日后的经营过程中不断完善。本人也希望这些经验与实践能对中国的本土企业,起到一定的指导意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Supply Chain Management, as a fast growing theory in the current economic developing environment, is not only more and more important in the international companies, but also been considered essential in domestic companies. Nowadays, the SCM has a very wide range of total systematic management, including the internal production management, as well as the external management of upstream and downstream. Meanwhile, a practical philosophy named Toyota Production System has been studied in the worldwide, due to the fact that this magic system brings profit to the companies. The key point is that, how to learn TPS customized to the own company, for fitting the own characteristics. The thesis bases on the company of DSF Refractories (Tianjin) Co., Ltd, where the writer served. Considering to the flaws of DSF Tianjin, we want to learn the advanced skill of SCM, for improving the poor management level of DSF Tianjin, by benchmarking TPS. The action of the improvement of DSF Tianjin Supply Chain Management is composed by two main parts—Upstream and downstream improvement and internal operation improvement. The upstream and downstream improvement focuses on order management, purchasing and supplier management, meanwhile, the internal operation improvement helps the company’s production control, logistics planning and inventory control. Through the bringing TPS supply chain management, DSF Tianjin achieved impressive result. However, there are still some fields can be improved in future. Moreover, we hope this thesis can help other Chinese local companies, which are on the way to succeed. | |
