中文摘要：	近年来，天津市科技型中小企业不断发展，为促进天津市经济发展，优化产业结构做出了突出贡献。然而，由于科技型中小企业自身存在的特点，又普遍呈现出“融资难”、“融资渠道单一”等问题，这就从一定程度上制约了其发展。如何有效拓宽天津市科技型中小企业的融资渠道，便成了当务之急。 本文首先通过期刊、网络、报告等数据和资料的整合，在融资渠道等理论的基础上，对我国科技型中小企业融资渠道现状及国外科技型中小企业的融资渠道经验进行研究。其目的，是为了更好地了解我国科技型中小企业目前的融资渠道现状。 其次，针对天津市科技型中小企业所处的不同发展阶段及其发展现状，分析了其在融资过程中所面对的主要问题，而后，探究了这些问题产生的原因。为了更好地说明天津市科技型中小企业该如何拓宽自身融资渠道，本文以天津科技型中小企业KW公司为例，重点分析了该公司在不同发展阶段遇到的主要融资障碍，以及该公司是如何在不同发展阶段选择适合自身发展的融资渠道的，力求给予同类科技型中小企业一定的启示。 最后，根据天津市科技型中小企业在不同发展阶段中遇到的融资问题，分别对于初创期、成长期及成熟期的科技型中小企业提出了拓宽其融资渠道的具体对策：鼓励初创期中小企业尝试互联网众筹融资模式，成长期中小企业加强私募股权融资，而成熟期中小企业则可加速新三板挂牌进程。同时重点分析了适用于此三种融资渠道的企业类型并对其促进科技型中小企业发展的适用性进行了深入探讨，为更好地完善我国科技型中小企业融资渠道提出了一些合理化建议。
英文摘要：	In recent years, the continuous progress of technical small and medium enterprises（TSMEs）in Tianjin has, to great extent, been promoting economic development and optimizing industrial structure regionally. However, due to the inherent characteristics of TSMEs, many problems have been encountered, such as financing difficulty, and single financing channels. To a certain extent, these problems limit the further development of TSMEs. Therefore, expanding the financing channels of TSMEs has become a pressing matter at the moment. In order to obtain an overview of the current status of TSMEs’ financing channels in our country, utilizing the existing theories and information gathered from academic journals, internet data and research reports, this dissertation investigates the current status of financing channels of TSMEs in China and TSMEs’ experience of financing in other countries. Furthermore, this dissertation comprehensively analyzes the main financing problems faced by current TSMEs during different growth stages and the reasons for such problems. In addition, through a detailed case study of KW company, a TSME in Tianjin, this dissertation illustrates the financing problems and possible methods to expand the financing channels comprehensively. With the different barriers encountered during each stage of development, KW has selected quite different but suitable financing channels. This case study may enlighten other TSMEs with a similar situation to access better financing resources. Based on the various financing problems in different development stages encountered by TSMEs in Tianjin, this dissertation offers advices on financing strategies for TSMEs in establishment, growth and maturity stages. For newly established TSMEs, crowd funding through Internet is highly encouraged, while private equity financing should be advocated for enterprises still in growth. For relative mature TSMEs, IPO in the “National Equities Exchange and Quotations” is the best way to accelerate financing. In the meantime, the author emphasizes the applicability for each of these three financing channels and analysis the practicability as well., which may lead to the advices on broadening of the financing channels of TSMEs in our country.
