| 中文摘要: | 化工项目因其投资巨大、工期较长,而且工艺技术复杂,项目涉及到的专业较多,因此影响项目质量的因素也很多,而设计质量就是其中重要因素之一。设计质量的优劣直接决定着整个项目的成败,因此研究化工EPC总承包项目的设计质量管理对提高工程设计质量,保证项目整体质量同时满足业主要求,有重要意义。随着国内、国外化工建设项目采用EPC总承包模式增多,国内许多大型设计院也向工程公司转变,工作范围由原来的单纯设计过渡到设计、采购、施工一体化。在这种转变过程中设计质量管理体系必然存在问题,需要进行完善和补充。本文通过调查分析找出当前化工EPC项目设计质量关键影响因素,这些因素主要包括设计与采购的交接因素、设计与施工的交接因素、设计与设计分包方的交接因素等。并基于在ISO9000族质量管理体系基础上,对当前设计质量管理体系文件进行构建和完善,使之能够满足EPC项目的质量管理要求。另外,从过程控制的方面分析了设计工作全过程质量控制的方法,对设计过程控制补充大量文件和实施细则,完善了设计过程质量控制机制。本文的主要创新点在于:针对化工EPC项目设计质量关键影响因素,通过对目前ISO9000族质量管理体系文件补充完善,及对设计全过程质量控制机制进行文件补充,使设计质量管理满足EPC项目模式的需要。将此控制方法应用于山西潞安矿业一体化项目成品罐区项目这个大型化工EPC项目中进行案例研究,通过工程实例应用效果分析,为研究结论提供了有力的支撑。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Chemical engineering projects, because the huge investment, long construction period, involves a lot of technology professional, so many factors affecting the quality of the project, and the design quality is one of the important factor. Design quality directly determines the success of the project, through study of EPC chemical project design quality management, improve the quality of engineering design, to ensure project quality in line with the requirements of the owner, this is very important. With EPC Mode widely used in chemical engineering projects at abroad and domestic. Design Institute transformed into engineering companies gradually, and the business also changed from the design project to design, procurement, and construction. The existing quality management system needs to be improved and supplemented in this transition process. Through research and analysis to find the key factors of the design quality in currently chemical EPC project. These factors include: the relationship between design and procurement , the relationship between design and construction, the relationship between design and design subcontractors . For these key factors, on the basis of ISO9000 quality management system, through complement the design quality management system make it meet the EPC project quality management requirements. In addition, add a lot of documents and the regulations set in terms of process control, improve the design quality process control mechanism. The main innovation of this thesis are: for the key factors that affect the design quality of EPC chemical engineering project ,through supplement documentation and design the entire process of quality control mechanisms base on the ISO9000 quality management system, to meet the EPC project design quality need. This control method is applied to Shanxi Lu'an mining industry integration products tank project, through practical application of engineering, provide the strong support.for the study results. | |
