中文摘要:随着世界经济全球化和区域经济一体化的发展,贸易自由化、投资自由化已成为当今世界各国发展国民经济的重要方面,而港口行业在这之中扮演着不可替代的重要作用。纵观世界经济发展的历史,每一个时代经济大国的崛起都与国际贸易的发展和港口业的兴盛密不可分。港口行业在中国发展已有上百年的历史,面对经济新常态,传统的港口行业越来越难找到立足之点,其以装卸业务作为主要业务、其他利润来源单薄的局面导致港口行业的竞争日趋激烈 ,利润率日渐萎缩。为了适应经济发展的需求,也为了保证港口行业在未来发展中能取得突破性进展,本文选择天津港集团作为研究对象,通过分析其当前发展中的不足,找出其在经济新常态条件下需要进行改革和转型的目标与方向,最终从转型建议和制度建设两方面提出指导转型的建议。在战略转型中,天津港集团可以主要采取以下三方面的措施:(1)通过“互联网+”与“航运化”改造,创建信息共享平台,以提高业务效率,同时拓宽网上预订渠道,优化集团网络,保证客户源;(2)探索港口多元化发展之路,通过港口旅游的开展和多维度港口建设,改变天津港业务单一、仅依靠装卸业务作为利益来源的局面;(3)进行国际化尝试,通过港口合并和海外港口入股,提升企业的抗风险能力。为了保证集团战略转型能有坚实的基础,本文还提出了制度建设的相关建议,主要有以下三点:(1)改善两个上市公司的股权结构,保证其与经济新常态的特征和趋势相适应;(2)调整公司内部的人员结构,部门精简以保证任务执行力,同时可有效降低运营成本,股东重组以推行员工持股计划;(3)不断优化激励方式,通过员工归属感和企业文化等的建设,提升员工工作热情和工作效率,从而保证企业创造高收益。图2幅,表3个,参考文献32篇。 
英文摘要:With the development of world economic globalization and regional economic integration, trade liberalization, investment liberalization has become an important aspect of the development of the national economy in the world. Throughout the history of world economic development, the rise of every era of economic power is closely linked with the development of international trade and the prosperity of the port industry. The port industry in China has a history of hundreds of years, in the face of economic new normal, the traditional port industry is increasingly difficult to find a foothold, its business as the main business, other sources of interest in the situation caused by the port industry increasingly fierce competition, the interests of the increasingly shrinking. In order to meet the needs of economic development, and to ensure that the port industry in the future development of a breakthrough, this paper chooses Tianjin port group as the research object, through the analysis of its current development, and find out its goal and direction of reform and transformation in the new economic conditions, and ultimately from the restructuring proposal and the system construction of two recommendations. In the strategic transformation, Tianjin port mainly take the following three aspects: (1) Through the Internet + and shipping, create information sharing platform to improve business efficiency, while expanding online booking channels, optimize the network, to ensure customer resources; (2)To explore the development of port diversification, through port travel and multi-dimensional port construction, to rely on loading and unloading operations as a source of interest; (3) International attempts, through port mergers and overseas port shares, enhance the anti-risk ability of enterprises. In order to ensure the strategic transformation of the group, this thesis also puts forward some suggestions on the system construction, which is the following three points: (1)Improve the structure of the two listing Corporation, ensure the characteristics and trend of the economic new normal. (2) Adjust the personnel structure to reduce operating costs and improve the employee stock ownership. (3) Continuously optimize the incentive mode, through the construction of employee ownership and corporate culture, improve staff enthusiasm and work efficiency, so as to ensure the high yield of enterprises.
