| 中文摘要: | 经过几十年的发展,家电行业的黄金发展期已经过去,现今被称为“夕阳产业”。但是由于中国人口多,区域发展不均衡,造成了国民富裕程度的不同。作为人民生活不可缺少的消费品,无论低端高端,家电产品在中国的市场依然巨大。中国家电行业依然具有广阔前景。在未来的市场竞争中找到正确的发展方向是所有家电企业生存的保证。近年来,由于互联网技术的快速发展,智能化,信息化不仅对家电产品提出了新的要求,同时也对家电企业提出了新的要求。本文通过对互联网时代背景下的家电行业现状,结合互联网技术对家电产品已经家电行业的影响,针对企业研发、生产、营销、服务四个环节进行企业转型探讨,以目前中国家电龙头海尔集团、格力集团等企业为案例,研究探讨互联网时代家电企业的发展战略。通过研究可以发现,家电企业在当前形势下必然要融入互联网开展互联网下的企业商业活动。而不能适应互联网或者没有能力在互联网时代更加激烈的市场竞争中存活的企业也可以通过企业自身具备的家电行业的技术储备,人才储备实现新的企业模式的转型。通过本文的研究,希望能够给当前竞争激烈的家电行业提供一定的参考和借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | After decades of development,the golden development of home appliance industry has been in the past,now it known as the "sunset industry". But because China's large population, uneven regional development, create the different national wealth. As a consumer of people's life, regardless of the low-end high-end, home appliance products in China market is still huge. The Chinese electrical appliances industry still has a broad prospect. In the future market competition to find the correct development direction is all electrical appliances enterprise survival of assurance. In recent years, due to the rapid development of Internet technology, intelligent, informatization not only puts forward new requirements for electrical appliances product, at the same time, it puts forward new requirements for electrical appliances enterprises. This article through to the age of the Internet under the background of electrical appliances industry status quo, combined with the Internet technology influence on electrical appliances product has household appliances industry, in view of the enterprise research and development, production, marketing, services, business transformation, this paper discusses four link, at the present the Chinese electrical appliances enterprises Haier group and Gree group as a case, the study on the feasibility of the age of the Internet home appliance enterprise transformation. Through the research can be found that household appliance enterprises in the current situation is bound to carry out the enterprise business activities under the Internet into the Internet.
