中文摘要：	摘 要在当今中国社会，患者面临着看病难、看病贵、治疗结果不理想等一系列问题，据相关数据分析显示这是由于人们长期忽视健康管理，习惯传统的医疗模式，事前缺乏预防，事中体验差，事后无服务，大病、重病时才花费巨额经费进行治疗，医疗资源分布不均，基层医院和社区医院资源利用率极低导致的。针对上述问题，本文对其目前的困境进行分析，以恒大健康公司为基础，着眼于互联网与医疗健康产业的融合，进行模式创新， 概括来说，利用互联网技术可以对传统的诊治疾病和治疗疾病的模式进行优化、改进和完善，进而为患者打造全方位的健康管理服务。 “互联网+”是基于大众所知的互联网思维为基础，经过实践和验证得到的成果，互联网+社区健康，不是单纯的将两者相加在一起，而是基于互联网的平台，通过对信息技术和通讯技术的整合，将“社区健康”与“互联网”进一步的融会。患者可以从健康大数据云平台监测自身健康数据，做好事前防范；在诊疗服务中，可依靠掌上医院实现网上挂号、购买、支付，节约时间和经济成本，提升事中体验；可依靠互联网在事后与医生沟通；还可打破个人健康数据与医疗数据的孤岛 ，建立健康档案，体验健康体检后进行健康评估与干预治疗管理服务。 根据上述的医务模式和创新规划，通过不断挖掘数据的内在价值，恒大健康公司与多方合作，形成融合的商业模式，结合成熟的盈利模式，创收巨大的利益，从根本上改善目前的医疗生态环境。
英文摘要：	Abstract In nowadays, the patients are suffered from the difficulties, high expense and unsatisfactory results of seeing the doctor. According to the dates, this phenomenon is caused by people’s ignorance of health for a long time and they show a preference for the traditional medical model. Before they get sick, they are lack of preventive action;they feel poor about the procedure and there is no service after the procedure. Moreover, people always see a doctor until they get terribly sick and spend lots of money to cure the disease. There exists medical resource distribution. The grass-roots hospitals and community hospitals have low resource utilization efficiency. Aiming at these problems, this paper is to analyze the difficulties existed at present, based on the company ofEvergrandehealth, focusing on the combination of the internet and the health industry, from Online to Offline and health big data. In a word, that is to take advantages of the internet in order to improve and update the traditional diagnosis and treatment, thus create a health management service for the patients in all respects. The” Internet+”, which is based on the thinking model of internet, is an outcome tested by practices andexperiments. The “Internet+community healthcare” is not a simple mix, but a further integration between “community healthcare ” and “internet” by integrating the information technology and communication technology on the basis of internet platform. Patients can monitor their physical record from the big physical data cloud platform and take pre-cautious against diseases. They can register, buy medicine and pay online by a “palm-hospital” in the middle of diagnosis and treat services, which not only save time andcost but also promote the experience level. Afterwards, patients could communicate with doctors through the internet. Moreover,the personal physical data could be combined with medical data, and thus establishing a physical record, patients are also entitled to the right of management service on physicalassessment and intervention treatment after a physical examination test. According to the above medical service model and innovation plan, Evergrande health Company should keep exploiting the values of the data, cooperate with various parties, thus establish a comprehensive business model. Evergrande health will benefit a lot from making full use of a sound profiting pattern and its own advantages, foundamentally improve present medical ecological environment.
