| 中文摘要: | 我国于2009年4月颁布了《中共中央国务院关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》中明确提出:积极促进非公立医疗卫生机构发展,形成投资主体多元化、投资方式多样化的办医体制。随着深圳市经济社会的快速健康发展,加强对我国新医改背景下深圳国丹医疗集团的发展战略研究显得非常必要和重要。本文针对我国民营医院发展的状况和特点,依据国家对我国医疗卫生体制改革的政策思路,以公共经济学理论对私人部门和公共部门的理论以及管理学的战略理论为根据,回顾了我国民营医院的发展沿革,分析了民营医院的现状及其存在的问题,提出了强调医疗事业的使命,回归医疗业本质是医疗事业可持续发展的核心。在此基础上,借鉴国内外私立医院或者民营医院在市场定位、资本推动医疗事业发展等方面的经验,对民营性质的深圳国丹医疗集团的历史与现状做了回顾和分析,特别是剖析了其现行发展战略及其存在的问题。进而,提出了修改完善国丹医疗集团发展战略的思路,建议国丹集团坚持医疗使命,完善人本医疗,采取与公立医院不同的专科、高端医疗差异化发展的市场定位,重视学科建设,完善人才管理,以及提高财务管理水平,促进国丹医疗集团的可持续发展。本文由七章组成:第一章为绪论,简要介绍了选题背景、研究意义并介绍了我国民营医院发展的特点和地位。第二章是理论概述,简略叙述了本文研究的理论依据,包括公共经济学理论、管理学的发展战略理论以及卫生经济学。第三章对我国民营医院发展和现状做了回顾和分析,从医疗业的使命入手,分析了国内外私立医院或者民营医院的专科和高端医疗市场定位。第四章对国内民营医院成功经验借鉴的分析,主要介绍了高端专科市场定位的道培医院和高端服务模式的和睦家医院,同时提出要重视资本对民营医院的推动发展作用。第五章对深圳国丹医疗集团的发展做了回顾,分析了国丹医疗集团的现状,特别对国丹医疗集团的发展战略进行分析。第六章是提出了完善国丹医疗集团发展战略的建议。第七章是结论。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the‘CCCPC’s opinions on deepening the reform of medical health system which was issued in China in April 2009 explicitly proposed: The development of non-public medicaland health institutions will be actively promoted, the investors and investing ways of hospitals will be diversified.With the rapid and sound development of economy, population and society in Shenzhen, therefore, to strengthen the Development Strategic Research of Shenzhen Guodan Medical Group under the background of New Medical Reform in China becomes very necessary and important. This dissertation is on the basis of the theory of public economics and management of private sector and public sector theory and management theory,according to the state and characteristics of the development of private hospitals in China and the national health system reform in China.This article reviewed the development history of private hospitals in China,analyzed the current situation and problems of the private hospitals,emphasized the mission of medical treatment,and pointed out the core of medical treatment's sustainable development is to return to the medical industry.On this basis,draw lessons from the experience of domestic and foreign private hospitals in the market positioning,capital promote development of medical industry,then reviewed and analyzed the history and current situation of private owned Shenzhen Guodan Medical Group,especially analyzed the current development strategy and existing problems.Further,presented the ideas of improving the development strategy of Guodan Medical Group,suggested Guodan Medical Group to insist the medical mission,improve the medical,take public hospitals with different specialist,high-end medical differences in development of market positioning, paid more attention to the discipline construction, improve the talent management,and to improve the level of financial management,to promote the sustainable development of Guodan Medical Group. There are 7 chapters in this dissertation: Chapter 1 is Introduction,giving a briefly introduction of background of selecting this subject,the meaning of this research,as well as the development characteristics and status of private hospitals in China. Chapter 2 is Theory Overview,briefly stated the theoretical foundation of this dissertation, including the theory of Public Economics,the theory of Development Strategy of Management and the Health Economics. Chapter 3 reviewed and analyzed the development and current situation of Chinese private hospital,also analyzed the positioning of the specialist and high-end medical market both in domestic and foreign countries from the mission of healthcare industry. Chapter 4 analyzed the using of successful experience of domestic private hospital,mainly introduced DaoPei Hospital positioning in high-end specialist market and United Family Health care positioning in high-end service model,attached importance of capital on pushing the development of private hospital. Chapter 5 reviewed the development of Guodan Medical Group and analyzed the current situation of Guodan Medical Group,especially analyzed the development strategy of Guodan Medical Group. Chapter 6 presented the suggestions to perfect the development strategy of Guodan Medical Group. Chapter 7:Conclusion. | |
