中文摘要: | 摘要 随着汽车工业的快速发展,国内汽车冲压模具的制造水平也大幅度提升。这些近年来新成立的汽车覆盖件模具制造企业,资金充足,同时大力提升设备的制造精度以及人员的技术能力,其生产模具的质量直追日韩,并且在模具的价格上也可以保持竞争优势。 MTTS公司作为世界500强汽车零部件的巨头麦格纳集团的全资子公司,致力于汽车模具的研发与制造。在近10年的快速发展后,遇到了来自中国模具企业及亚太地区模具企业从性价比上的强有力的挑战。随着总公司将汽车模具业务发展的重心转向亚洲的战略实施,MTTS公司需调整其经营发展战略,不断优化其模具制造工艺流程,以支持企业向世界顶级汽车模具供应商发展的战略目标。在这一过程中,准确把握自身优势,对各个制造环节的质量、成本进行控制,通过对关键结点的把控,最大限度的消除浪费,优化现有的模具制造管理流程,成为MTTS管理层必须要面对的挑战与课题。本文以汽车覆盖件模具企业制造管理流程作为研究对象,通过对企业流程再造理论,质量控制改进理论及企业竞争的相关理论的研究,旨在探索更加优化的模具制造工艺流程。模具制造工艺流程的质量控制与管理,目的是在给全员贯彻质量意识,浪费控制意识的基础上,建立完善的质量控制与质量保证体系和运营体系,以流程的管理和控制为基础,充分发挥企业资源的优势和潜力。通过不断的技术创新,技术改造,推动企业技术进步,确保模具质量、交期满足客户的需求。本文由五个章节组成。第一章阐述此次研究的背景和意义,主要内容及方法,以及研究的思路和论文结构。第二章主要介绍了企业竞争的相关理论,以及质量控制改进的基本内容,同时对技术创新和成本控制相关理论进行分析,为全文的研究打下理论的基础。第三章通过简介MTTS公司,描述其汽车模具行业特征、发展战略、产品特征以及经营状况,对其所处竞争环境与实质进行分析,同时说明其现行制造流程存在的缺失和不足。第四章主要阐述从技术与成本管理方面分析优化模具制造流程的策略及实施中的需关注的重点及方法应用。第五章集中关注MTTS公司模具制造流程的质量管理策略和实施。从质量管理策略方面阐述模具制造流程质量管理控制目标和环节,以及实施的模式和方法。 | |
英文摘要: | Abstract With the rapid development of Automotive Industry, the manufacturing ability & capability of domestic Automotive Stamping Tooling Company are improved significantly. In recent years, there are several Tooling shops established. Sufficient supported with funds, they dedicate to improve their equipment for higher manufacturing accuracy, and enhance their people’s technical skills. Therefore, the quality of tooling they produced is very good even compared with those produced by Japan or Korea tooling shop, and keep quite competitive in price in tooling market. As a wholly foreign-funded company by Magna International Group, which is a World 500 Fortune Auto parts Company, MTTS engaged in the Automotive Die & Tooling Engineering and Manufacturing. With around 10 years rapid development, MTTS now is facing with more and more challenge in cost performance by competitors both domestic and Asia Pacific’s. With the business development, the strategic focus of tooling business is gradually shifted from North America to Asia by headquarters, MTTS Company need to make the adjustment for its business development strategy, continuous to optimize its manufacturing process, to support the enterprises to be the world class automotive tooling suppliers. During this period, how to accurate judge the superiority of the company for its own, how to make control for each manufacturing process both from quality & cost aspects, through the control of the key nodes to eliminates waste as much as possible, and optimize current manufacturing process, are challenges and questions which Management team of MTTS must face. By studied the theory of technology innovation and cost control, Quality Control & Improvement, as well as related enterprise competition theories, this thesis takes Automotive Stamping Tooling Company’s manufacturing process as study object, aims to find solutions to optimization of Manufacturing process of MTTS. Aiming at full implementation of quality consciousness and waste elimination awareness of people, the target of quality control & management of tooling manufacturing process is to establish thorough quality insurance and control systems, as well as operation system, and through process management and control, to utilize company’s advantages and potentials. Through continuously technical innovation and technological transformation, technical capability could be improved, to make sure die quality, timely delivery and other customers’ requirements. This thesis is composed by five chapters. The first chapter describes the thesis study’s background and significance of the study, the thesis’s main content and methods, conceptual framework and structure. As theoretical basis of this thesis, the second chapter describes basic theory of Business process reengineering, introduces the theory of quality control and improvement, and makes analysis for related theory of enterprise competition. The chapter three introduces MTTS company profile and describes its industry characteristics, developing strategy, product scope, and operation and management status. Through analysis of its competitive environment, make diagnose to finding key problems of MTTS current manufacturing process management. The chapter four focuses on analysis and optimizes tooling manufacturing process strategy and related implementation from both technical and cost prospective. In accordance with the previous chapter, the fifth chapter mainly focuses on quality management strategies and implementation for MTTS’ manufacturing process. It describes control target and key points from quality management strategies, and also provides related methods for implementation. As the last chapter. | |
