| 中文摘要: | 近年来,随着电梯市场的扩大,电梯已经成为城市生活中必不可少的一部分。但是,频发的电梯安全事故不断的给人们敲响警钟,电梯安全质量管理已经受到越来越多生产厂商的重视,完善的质量管理体系能够使得企业获得强有力的竞争优势,并能够支持企业的战略发展与规划。质量管理是构成企业管理的重要部分,在推行全面质量管理的趋势下,传统独立的质量反馈已不能再支持其管理,企业必须建立完整的质量反馈体系,并对其数据进行有效的分析和管理,才能优化供应链管理流程、提高产品良率、缩短不良产品替换周期以使客户获得最满意且安全的产品。 本文的研究对象为奥的斯电梯(中国)有限公司,目的是为了能够更好的为奥的斯公司客户提供优质质量的产品,能够在鱼龙混杂的电梯市场中占据翘楚地位,通过对奥的斯公司产品口碑和市场的分析,寻找影响其质量的本质原因即为产品良率、不良品替换周期和质量工程师的服务水平。为保持奥的斯电梯的领先地位,论文以全面质量管理理论为基础,对质量反馈系统中现有的数据进行统计和分析,针对突出影响客户满意度的不良率以及不良率替换周期等问题,重点分析和改进,对反馈系统和现有流程进行全面的分析、设计和优化,以实现降低产品不良率和缩短不良产品替换周期为前提,最终完成产品质量改进。不仅可以提高企业的整体质量水平和客户满意度,而且对企业良性发展起到了决定性的作用。 本文研究的成果一方面提高了奥的斯公司产品的良率,缩短了不良品替换周期,另一方面也使得企业的质量管理水平更加成熟和稳定。通过质量反馈系统的优化设计和管理研究,进一步改进了奥的斯公司产品的质量,也为整个电梯行业的质量改进贡献力量。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, with the enlargement of the elevator market, elevator has become an indispensable part of city life. However, the elevator safety accident continued to alarm people. The elevator safety quality management has been brought to the attention of more and more manufacturers. Perfect quality management system can make the enterprise has strong competitive advantage and able to support enterprise development strategy and planning. It is constitute an important part of enterprise management. Quality management in the implementation of total quality management under the trend of the quality of the traditional independent feedback can no longer support the management. The enterprise must set up complete quality feedback system. The data for effective analysis and management in order to optimize supply chain management process, improve product yield, shorten the bad product replacement cycle in order to make customers get the most satisfactory and safe products as well. The research object of this article for Otis elevator (China) co., LTD.. The purpose is in order to make Otis company customers with excellent quality products better. Maintaining the leading position in good and evil people mixed up the elevator occupy of the market. With the analysis of Otis company product reputation and market to look for affecting the quality of its essential reason is the product yield, bad replacement cycle and level of service quality engineer. To maintain the leading position of Otis elevators, this paper based on the theory of total quality management, quality feedback system in the existing data statistics and analysis, in view of the prominent influence customer satisfaction defective rate and defective rate replacement cycle, key analysis and improvement, the feedback system and the existing process to conduct a comprehensive analysis, design and optimization, to achieve lower product defective rate and shorten the bad product replacement cycle as the prerequisite, finished product quality improvement. Not only can improve the overall quality level of the enterprise and customer satisfaction, and the benign development of the enterprise has played a decisive role. On one hand of this article research result to improve the yield of Otis company product, shorten the bad product replacement cycle. On the other hand also makes the enterprise quality management level is more mature and stable. Through the optimization design of quality feedback system and the research management, the quality of the Otis products could be improved; it also contributes to the elevator industry to improve the quality. | |
