中文摘要：	钢企的急速扩张导致了我国钢铁业产能严重过剩，整体上呈现出供远大于求的局面，产能过剩、需求下降已成为制约我国钢铁行业发展的最大问题。行业平均销售利润处在工业最低水平，部分企业亏损甚至巨亏，在钢铁业长时期低迷的背景下，多元化经营战略越来越受到众多钢铁企业的青睐。本文以BX集团作为研究对象，搜集大量数据、资料，对其多元化战略实证分析。本文以战略管理及多元化战略相关理论为基础，运用文献研究、调查分析法、PEST分析法、SWOT分析法及GE矩阵，对BX集团公司多元化经营战略进行研究，分析BX集团实施多元化战略的可行性，多元化经营现状及存在的问题，针对这些问题对BX集团的多元化战略进行优化，提出整改方案及保障措施。 BX集团作为国有特大型钢铁联合企业，研究其多元板块的发展状况对国内大型钢企实施多元化经营战略有几点重要启示：合理规划，谨慎选择多元化发展方向；注重培养多元产业的核心能力，逐步建立企业的市场竞争力；创建整体协同优势，尤其是要注重以混合所有制为契机，探索招商引资、兼并重组等新途径，实现改制或股权调整；构建多元化战略体系，提高主业的抗风险能力。
英文摘要：	With the rapid expansion of steel production capacity in China's iron and steel industry serious excess capacity the overall supply is far greater than demand and overcapacity has become the biggest problem which restricting the development of China's iron and steel industry. In the doldrums background of the industry average sales profit at the lowest level in industrial and part of the business losses and losses in the iron and steel industry for a long period diversified development strategy is favored by many iron and steel enterprises. In this paper, BX group, as the research object, collect a large number of data, the empirical analysis of its diversification strategy. Based on strategic management theory and diversification theory this paper uses the literature research, survey analysis, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis to study the diversification strategy of BX group, analyze the feasibility of BX group diversified strategy, the status at present and history problems, in the end optimize the diversification strategy of BX group. As a large iron and steel enterprises, the development of BX group’s diversification path is representative. This paper summarizes the development status of BX group in China and some enlightenment on China's large iron and steel enterprises to implement diversification strategy: rational planning, careful selection of diversified development direction, focus on cultivating core competence, and gradually establish the market competitiveness of enterprises.
