| 中文摘要: | 中国钢铁工业迅猛发展,成为国民经济持续、快速、健康发展的强大动力,而作为钢铁企业生产经营最重要的环节之一的高炉炼铁生产,也得到了长足的发展和进步。各钢铁企业纷纷借高炉大修机会淘汰落后,实现高炉装备大型化和技术质量升级。钢铁企业高炉大修工程具有投资大、建设周期长、生产建设交叉严重等特点,而且由于大修期间铁水的阶段性短缺对后续工序的生产影响也是巨大的,所以其工期和质量备受关注。因此研究如何运用现代项目管理的理论和方法,探讨适合钢铁企业炼铁生产特点的项目管理手段,又好又快地完成对企业生产和经营有重大影响的高炉大修工程,对实现企业设备装备水平的更新换代和结构调整、最大限度地减少经济损失有着至关重要的意义。 本文通过文献研究与案例分析相结合的研究方法,并结合自己的生产实践提出论题,查阅相关文献和资料,探讨分析关于项目进度管理的理论和方法以及其他钢铁企业高炉大修项目管理的经验,最后结合莱钢2#750m3高炉大修工程项目进度的管理方法进行分析研究,提出适合钢铁企业高炉大修项目的进度管理模式。 本文首先介绍了选题的背景和意义,阐明了本课题研究的目的和方法。此后,对项目进度计划与控制理论和方法进行了回顾、介绍了国内外钢铁企业高炉大修项目进度计划与控制的模式和方法。然后,利用项目时间管理的理论对莱钢2#750m3高炉大修项目的进度管理过程进行了具体的探讨研究,对取得的成功经验和做法进行了总结,对存在的问题进行了分析。最后,根据有关文献分析和案例分析提出本课题研究的结论,主要有:1.现代项目管理理论关于进度计划与控制理论与方法的应用和创新,是实现高炉大修达到又好又快的基础;进度的管理是项目管理的核心;加强项目时间计划的研究和优化,严格落实过程控制措施,是保证项目成功的关键。2.针对高炉大修和生产交叉的特点,选择生产与建设高效一体的项目团队是项目成功的保证。3.莱钢高炉大修进度计划模式,值得同行业尤其是高炉大修项目建设借鉴和推广。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The steel industry has grown rapidly in China. It has ever become great propulsion to promote a continuous rapid healthy development of the national economy. Blast furnace iron making has also achieved a great development and advancement as one of the most important component elements of steel enterprise. Every steel enterprise often changes outdated equipments with large ones and also updates technologies when blast furnaces need overhauls. The overhaul of blast furnaces project has some features, such as large investment, long construction period and serious overlaps between producing and constructing. It also affects the following working procedures very much for the temporary lack of molten iron during the period of the overhaul. Therefore, the time limit and the quality for the project attract more attention. How to manage such a complicated big project very well? The efficiency of the conventional management method is often very poor because of outdated ideas and theories. It often only emphasizes the time limit without a system analysis and a well-designed plan for the project. As a result, the quality and the cost of the project are ignored for the time limit or the deadline is postponed time after time while the expected objective can not been achieved. Therefore, it is very important to do some research on how to apply modern theories and methods of project management to practice and discuss suitable project management methods that meet the features of iron making procedures of steel enterprises so that the overhaul of blast furnaces projects are accomplished quickly and the enterprises can decrease the pecuniary loss when replacing equipments with new ones and adjusting enterprise organization. In this thesis, the author sets out the thesis according to the study of theses and analysis of cases combining with the practice. After a lot of research on related theses and resources to learn some theories of project management and experiences of other steel enterprises, combined with the analysis of the overhaul of the 2#750m3 blast furnace project in Laiwu steel company, he draws out an appropriate pattern of the management of time for the overhaul of blast furnaces projects in steel enterprises. This thesis consists of four parts. The first chapter is a preface to introduce the background and significance of this thesis, the objective of this research and how to do this research;In the second chapter, there is a review of theories about planning and controlling the progress of projects. It also introduces some researches on this topic both at home and abroad;In the third chapter, there is an analysis of the overhaul of the 2#750m3 blast furnace project in Laiwu steel company. After describing of the adopted project management methods, summarizing of the success in the project and analyzing of the existing problems, the author proposes some valuable opinions and suggestions;The fourth chapter is the conclusion, which is the research result according to the analysis of theses and cases:1. The key to finish the overhaul of blast furnaces project very quickly with high quality is how to apply the technologies of progress management in the modern project management theory and do some innovation in practice;2. Because of the overlap of the overhaul project and the producing, one chosen team who is good at both producing and constructing will assure the success of this project;3.An appropriate pattern of the management of time for the overhaul of LaiGang Blast Furnaces Projects is worth extending in other steel enterprises. | |
