中文摘要：	2008年美国次贷危机爆发后又接二连三地推出量化宽松的货币政策，引发了全球金融经济的大动荡。2009年希腊爆发债务危机，随后逐渐演变为欧洲主权债务危机，使欧元区经济面临更多的不确定性。改革现行国际货币体系已成为国际社会的普遍共识，人民币国际化问题日益引起国内和国外的关注和重视。随着跨境人民币业务的开展、资本项目逐步放开、汇率和利率市场化的推进，人民币国际化进程也在不断加快。 中国是韩最大的贸易伙伴，对韩国的经济具有不可忽视的重要作用。随着中韩国际经济政治关系的不断加强，人民币国际化进程与韩国经济发展息息相关。韩资Q银行作为一家韩国政策性银行，其主要业务经营范围是中韩企业间的进出口结算业务和跨境投融资业务，可以说是韩资Q银行是人民币国际化进程中最直接的微观参与者和推动者。本论文从经营角度，提出韩资Q银行如何加强风险管理、加强与同业的合作关系、主动调整业务框架，全方位积极地应对人民币国际化这一机遇。 本论文在行文结构上首先回顾了货币、国际货币、货币国际化等理论，分析了货币国际化的条件、收益、成本等问题，在此基础上，简明扼要地描述了美元、欧元和日元的国际化途径及经验教训，为人民币国际化起到借鉴的作用。然后分析了人民币国际化的背景、进程和发展现状，从现实意义角度分析了人民币国际化的必要性。再通过中韩金融合作现状的研究、中韩贸易中人民币使用情况的统计分析，进一步论证了人民币国际化对货币盟友——韩国的重要影响。最后，以外资银行在华经营的角度，分析人民币国际化给韩资Q银行带来的机遇和挑战，论述了韩资Q银行如何改进经营策略和方式应对人民币国际化的机遇。
英文摘要：	The United States subprimed mortgage crisis in 2008, and then launched quantitative easing monetary policy and triggered the global financial crisis. In 2009, Greece debt crisis caused the European debt crisis, even now Eurozone is facing some difficulties. The reform of the current international monetary system had to be proceed. RMB internationalization has attracted attention all over the world. With the development of RMB cross-border, the gradual liberalization of the capital account, the promotion of rules of the exchange rate and interest rate market, the RMB internationalization is accelerating. However, RMB internationalization is a complex process. China is Korea's largest trading partner, and play an important role on the development of the Korea's economy. With the strengthening of the international economic and political relations between China and Korea, the RMB internationalization is closely related to the economic development of Korea. Korean Q bank is not only a Korean policy bank, but also is the participant and promoter of the RMB internationalization. RMB internationalization are both opportunities and challenges for Korean Q bank. This thesis focuses on the opportunities and challenges of the RMB internationalization to the Korean Q bank, and analyzed the development strategies of the Korean Q bank.
