中文摘要：	摘 要 目前，处于我国金融业快速发展的关键时期，全球经济复苏缓慢，国内经济下行压力加大，作为我国年轻的信托业也经历了一个从缓慢发展到快速发展再到信托转型的历程，近几年，随着我国金融市场的快速发展，我国理财市场有了很大发展，现在已经进入泛资产管理时代，我国信托业发展迅猛，截至2015年6月底，我国信托业总规模15.8万亿，在金融市场中，仅次于银行，超过证券、保险、基金等行业的资产管理规模。但随着信托业务的发展，信托业也暴露了很多问题，目前在我国混业经营、分业监管的体制下，信托业发展也必须要走出一条创新转型的新路子。 对比信托业来说，山东信托公司一直发展还较好，在行业内排名约10名左右，但作为一家注册地在山东的区域性的非银行金融机构，其传统管理色彩较浓，在目前新的经济形势下，在经营和管理等方面也面临很多新问题和转型发展的新形势。因此，本研究拟结合我国金融市场发展形势和信托业发展形势以及山东信托实际，根据金融学有关资产管理、理财市场以及信托原理等理论，探讨一下山东信托在未来经营上向财富管理进行转型发展，具有一定的现实意义。 本研究首先对公司的内部环境进行分析，对公司的大概情况以及发展现状进行介绍，并提出公司存在主营业务不强，经营风格保守、管理僵化、宣传不够等方面的问题。之后又对公司的外部环境进行分析，主要是从财富管理和信托行业的发展趋势以及进行转型的现实需求和必要性，得出无论从内部还是外部环境来看，信托行业进行转型都存在很强的可行性。根据国内外的发展趋势，本研究提出信托公司应当向财富管理转型，具体地，可以采取产品集中商的模式，这既是为了避免信托公司自身缺陷的无奈之举，也是符合国际发展趋势的明智选择。之后，本研究又对在转型过程中需要处理好的几个发展关系和进行转型的具体措施进行论述，主要包括稳定传统业务和创新发展之间的关系；防范业务风险和稳定经营之间的关系；市场风险和创新发展之间的关系，综上得出公司向财富管理转型发展需要采取的具体措施包括产品转型、合作关系转型、服务转型、业务转型。 关键词：山东信托，转型，财富管理
英文摘要：	Abstract At present, Our financial industry is in a critical period of rapid development, on one hand, the global economic recovery is slow, on the other hand, the domestic economy downward pressure is more serious. As our young trust industry in China has experienced a transition from slow to rapid development and the transformation process. In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s financial market, the financial market in China has made great development, now China has entered the era of asset management time, and Chinese trust industry has developing rapidly. By the end of June 2015, Chinese trust industry total scale has reached 15.8 trillion, in the financial market, second only to the bank, and more than securities, insurance, funds, and other industries of assets under management. But with the development of trust business, the trust industry has also exposed a lot of problems, at present the mixed management in our country, supervised respectively under the system of trust industry development must also come out a new way in the transformation of innovation. Compared to trust industries, Shandong International Trust Co., Ltd has an always good development, and ranks about 10 or so in the industry. But as a registered non-bank financial institutions in Shandong regional, its traditional management in operation and management, etc, also faces many new problems and transformation of the development of the new economic situation. Therefore, this research intends to combine the developing situation of Chinese financial market and the trust industry development situation and the actual Shandong International Trust Co., Ltd, according to the financial asset management, financial markets and the principle of trust theory, to explore to the transformation to wealth management of Shandong International Trust Co., Ltd in the future development strategy, which has a certain practical significance. First, the paper analyzes the company’s internal environment, and introduce the company’s situation and the current situation of the development, and put forward the company’s main business is not strong, the management style is conservative, rigid management, publicity and other aspects’ problems. Next, the paper analyzes the company’s external environment, mainly divided into wealth management and the development trend of the trust industry and to transform the legal basis, it is concluded that either from the perspective of internal and external environment of the trust industry, the necessity of transformation is very strong. According to the trend of development at home and abroad, the paper proposed the trust company shall be submitted to the transformation of wealth management. In particular, it can take the mode of product concentration, which is in order to avoid the effect of trust companies themselves, and also a wise choice of conform to the international development trend. And then, the paper introduces a few of trust relationship in the process of transformation and the transformation of the specific measure. The trust relationship mainly includes the relationship between the stability of traditional business and innovation development; the relationship between guard against business risks and the stable operation; the relationship between market risk and innovation development. In conclusion, the company needs to concrete measures to wealth management transformation development including product transformation, service transformation, business transformation.
