中文摘要:摘 要中国是一个具有悠久文化传统以及丰厚底蕴的国度,文化的建立与传承始终贯穿于中国各领域,尤其体现在传统的封闭的商业生活中,无论商业规模大小、商业性质如何,都会逐步形成一套自己特有的文化氛围,并在历史的长河中逐步反思、完善,并最终形成了原始的企业文化。进入现代社会,在全球经济一体化的世界格局下,我国经济建设进一步加快,资讯的获取唾手可得,行业间壁垒逐渐消失,竞争变得越来越激烈。在面对这样的竞争格局,找寻利润最大化的方法时,客户对产品以及服务等方面的需求也是不断提升的。面对高强度的竞争以及越来越残酷的企业生存环境,一部分中国的现代企业没有意识到企业文化在企业运营与管理中能够发挥的作用,甚至没有保持传统企业的优良传统,企业文化的建设被忽视;而且许多企业的创始者与管理者,片面的了解企业文化,简一、刻板的罗列企业文化要点,在企业文化的树立与推广中过于死板且浮于形式,造成企业文化难以落地,影响到企业的发展与生存。而企业文化建设的缺失、逐渐衰败以及文化断层最终导致了新兴企业在未来越来越缺乏竞争力,难以形成企业凝聚力,企业的生存环境也将越来越恶劣。本文通过阐述企业文化的概念,与企业文化建设相关的7S、CIS、道本管理理论以及Z理论,希望达到以下目标: ? 从企业培训的角度梳理培训的定义、培训与学习型组织的关系; ? 从企业文化视角看企业培训工作的功能,尝试发现在企业文化的发展和传承过程中,目前的企业培训普遍存在的现象与挑战; ? 例举了部分企业在企业文化传承中的作为及问题,分析造成的不良结果,尝试寻求改善的方法; ? 以世界500强制药公司----赛诺菲公司为研究对象,进一步分析在该公司内企业文化,企业培训的现状;培训在企业文化发展和传承中存在的问题。重点探讨在赛诺菲公司企业培训如何进行相关优化,使企业内培训成为企业文化的载体、推手及实践者; ? 希望通过上述分析,能够为中国新兴企业提供思路:如何在医疗大环境的影响下,利用企业文化建设使公司健康蓬勃的发展。提供一定的参考价值。 关键词:企业文化;企业培训;应对经济竞争;培训的优化 
英文摘要:Abstract China is a country with a long-standing cultural tradition and profound cultural heritage. Cultural establishment and inheritance run through various fields in China, especially reflected in the traditional closed business life. Regardless of their size and nature, all businesses gradually develop their unique cultural atmosphere, which is gradually considered and improved in the long river of history, finally giving rise to a primitive corporate culture. After the start of the modern society, under the world pattern of economic globalization, China has seen further acceleration of economic construction, information is readily available, trade barriers are being gradually removed, and competition becomes more and more fierce. While enterprises seek methods for maximizing profits in face of such a competition pattern, clients have increasing demands on products and services etc. In face of intense competition and a corporate survival environment that is becoming more and more cruel, some Chinese modern enterprises are not yet aware of the role that corporate culture can play in corporate operation and management and have even failed to maintain the good tradition of traditional enterprises, neglecting the construction of corporate culture; besides, the founders and managers of many enterprises, who only have one-sided understanding of corporate culture, just stop at enumerating key points of corporate culture simply and stiffly, and are too inflexible and superficial in the establishment and promotion of corporate culture, making it difficult to develop corporate culture, thus affecting the development and survival of their enterprises. The lack of construction and gradual decline of corporate culture as well as cultural dislocation will finally lead to the increasing lack of competitiveness of emerging enterprises in the future, difficulty in developing corporate cohesive force, and increasing deterioration of the enterprise’s survival environment. By explaining the concept of corporate culture, 7S and CIS related to the construction of corporate culture, Tao-oriented management theory and Z theory, this article aims at accomplishing the following objectives: ? Review the definition of training and the relationship between training and a learning organization from the perspective of corporate training; ? Consider the function of corporate training from the perspective of corporate culture, and attempt to discover the phenomena and challenges prevalent in current corporate training in the course of the development and inheritance of corporate culture; ? Cite the actions and problems of some enterprises in the inheritance of corporate culture, analyze undesirable effect, and attempt to seek methods for improvement; ? With Sanofi Company--a Fortune Global 500 pharmaceutical company as the target of study, further analyze the corporate culture and current situation of corporate training in this company; the problems of training in the development and inheritance of corporate culture. Focus on discussing how corporate training should be optimized in Sanofi Company so that training can become a vehicle, driving force and practitioner of corporate culture; ? The above analysis wishes to provide emerging enterprises in China with an insight into and some reference for how to realize healthy and vigorous development of a company by corporate culture construction under the impact of the macro environment of the medical care industry.
