中文摘要:商业模式被视为统领技术、品牌、资本等内部资源和推动企业发展的核心,是企业发展战略的顶层设计和决胜未来的重要筹码。因此,从某种程度上看,当今企业的竞争,更多的是商业模式的竞争。一成不变的商业模式不能保证企业永远盈利,商业模式的创新是企业发展的必然选择。此外,只有创新还远远不够,企业必须学习科学管理、评量和实现创新,以适应新型商业模式的需要。随着我国经济的快速稳步发展,环境现状日益严峻,政府也提高了对环境污染问题的重视程度, 持续加大治污力度。在这一政策利好的大背景下,环保产业呈现出前所未有的欣欣向荣之势。近年来,以中铁、中石化等央企为代表,越来越多的企业跨界进入环保领域。机遇与挑战并存,在这一多元化大格局下,中小型环保企业如何在激烈无序市场竞争中占有一席之地并脱颖而出,创新商业模式和管理创新是获取竞争优势的关键。本文以万峰环保科技有限公司为研究对象,分析讨论其现有商业模式和发展现状,并利用商业模式创新和创新管理相关理论为指导,对公司后续商业模式创新与创新管理提出可行性建议。 
英文摘要:Business model is the integration of the enterprise internal resource such as technology, brand and capital. It is regarded as the core factor, the important components of enterprise strategy and chip of promoting enterprise development and success in the future. From this point of view, contemporary enterprise competition is more the business model completion. The same business model can not guarantee that the enterprise will always be profitable. Business model innovation is therefore the inevitable choice for the enterprise development. In addition, it is far from enough for just having business model innovation. The enterprise has to learn how to scientific manage, assess and actualize innovation in order to satisfy the need of the new business model innovation model. With the rapid and steady development of China’s economy, environmental status is increasingly grim. The government pays more attention on environmental pollution issue and enhances pollution treatment efforts continuously. Under this background, the environmental protection industry shows a thriving trend. In recent years, many central enterprises representative as REC and SINOPEC enter environmental protection field. Opportunities and challenges coexist. Under the diversified, intense and disorder market competition situation, business model innovation and innovation management is the key factor of occupying some market share and gaining competitive advantage for medium and small environmental protection enterprises. This thesis takes the Win Future CO., Ltd. as the object to analyze its existing business model and development situation by employing the business model innovation and innovation management theory. The author proposes some feasibility suggestions for the company business model innovation and innovation management.
