中文摘要：	摘 要 在以经济建设为中心的今天，中小企业作为民营经济重要组成部分和一种经济组织的有效形态，在整个社会运行和发展中起着重要的作用。改革开放以来，由于社会的转型，经济体制的转变，中小企业生产经营中的道德失范现象时有发生，这不仅扰乱了市场经济的规范，影响了市场资源的合理配置，同时也影响了中小企业可持续发展和业绩的提升。在市场经济蓬勃发展的大背景下，中小企业不但要遵循现有的经济活动规则外，还必须严格要求自己的行为，既要控制经济风险、降低社会成本，又要在法律范畴之内以更高标准的伦理观念来经营，主动追求道德自律，这样才能在激烈的竞争环境中脱颖而出，确立长期的企业战略优势。就当前形势而言，我国中小企业内部必须制定一套系统的行为规范和操作模式，得以彰显企业的道德优势，即中小企业伦理。目的是为了配合当今全球一体化模式和防范不确定的企业风险，在逐步增强中小企业自身实力的同时，也对国民经济实力和市场竞争能力的充实起到不可磨灭的作用。
英文摘要：	Abstract In the economic construction as the center of today, SMEs as an important part of the private economy and an effective form of economic organization, plays an important role in the entire social operation and development. Since the reform and opening, due to the transformation of the society and the transformation of economic system, there is also moral anomie phenomenon in enterprise production and operation, These do not only disturb the market economy and the rational allocation of market resources, but also affect the sustainable development of SMEs' and performance improvement. Under the background of market economy booming, SMEs should not only follow the rules of the existing economic activity, but also must be strict with their own behavior, not only to control the economic risks, reduce the social costs, but also in the legal category to the higher standards of ethical system to the camp, to take the initiative to pursue moral self-discipline, so as to establish long-term strategic advantages in the fierce competition. As far as the current situation is concerned, we must develop a set of systematic and operational mode, which can reveal the moral superiority of the enterprise, that is, the SMEs ethics. The purpose is to coordinate with the current global integration mode and the prevention of the risk of the enterprise, in order to gradually enhance their own strength, but also to the national economic strength and market competitiveness of the full play an indelible role.
