中文摘要:近年来中国医疗器械产业发展迅速加快,连续五年产值保持两位数增长,高技术含量产品的出口数量也不断增加。2012年中国医疗器械行业共实现工业总产值1500亿人民币以上;销售收入达到1564.51亿元,同比增长15.52%。发展速度总体快于医药行业。移动互联网是移动通讯与互联网技术相融合的产物,可以通过手机或其他便利智能终端随时随地接入网络,极大地便捷了我们的生活。在当今移动互联网全面普及以及科技和经济不断发展情况下,人们对医疗产品的需求和要求不断地增加。医疗器械企业利用好移动互联网的优势,把医疗器械产品及时充足的提供给治疗一线即医院的临床医生而又最大限度的降低销售过程中的费用,建立起新的商业模式,提高竞争力。因此,探讨移动互联网背景下医疗器械产品的商业模式创新非常有现实意义。 J生物医药科技有限公司是2008年在国内新成立的一家高新科技企业,是集研发,生产,销售于一体的高新生物医药企业。2012与复旦大学合作开发的妇科创新性产品H产品,是药品和药械中针对HPV(人乳头瘤病毒)的临床治疗性产品,独特的作用机制,对各种HPV亚型均有疗效。临床研究证实,产品的安全性高临床疗效显著。利用现在的移动互联网技术,经过医生的诊断治疗,为了能让病人花费更低的费用而得到及时安全有效的治疗而建立起新的商业模式。 本文通过研究大量有关移动互联网应用,商业模式的创新的文献以及适用案例,借助商业模式的相关理论,对J生物医药科技有限公司H医疗器械产品做了市场销售供应链的分析,应用商业模式理论,建立起新的商业模式,大大降低销售环节成本并保证及时充足的供给消费者。本文研究成果对于未来的医疗器械产品商业模式的建立有所帮助。 新的商业模式从单纯的向客户提供产品改变为以产品为载体为客户提供个性化服务。用以人为本的服务形成企业核心竞争力。使核心资源,流程和盈利模式发生了变化。新的商业模式创建了新的价值主张。 商业模式作为近几年来热门的研究领域之一,得到了商业界和学术界的极大重视。本文针对的是医疗器械行业创新型新企业来进行分析和设计,还不全面准确深入,希望在实践中不断完善。本文所探讨的医疗器械产品是通过医生对病人诊断后应用,所以在面对面的把产品通过医生给病人使用的情况下,发挥出移动互联网的优势,降低销售应用成本的新的商业模式,需要在实践中进一步探讨。  
英文摘要:Medical device industry has developed rapidly in recent years with five consecutive annual double-digit growths, the export of high technology product is also booming up in China. The total medical equipment Industrial output value of 2012 is more than 150 billion RMB, sales volume reached 156.451 billion RMB, with 15.52% growth comparing to a year earlier. Overall, the development speed is faster than the pharmaceutical industry. Mobile Internet is the integration of mobile communication and Internet technology, users can access network anywhere by mobile phones or other intelligent terminals which makes a great progress for daily life. In today's mobile Internet popularization, People demand for medical products continually increase. Taking advantage of the mobile Internet in the sales of medical equipment, medical equipment products timely and sufficient to provide a line which hospital treatment for clinical doctors and maximum reduce the costs in the sales process, establish a new business model, and improve the competitiveness. Therefore, this paper discusses medical equipment product sales under the background of mobile Internet business model innovation has realistic significance. J bio-pharmaceutical co., LTD. is a domestic high-tech enterprise, including research, development, production and sales, established in 2008. J innovate a anti-HPV product (H) with Fudan University in 2012. Clinical studies confirmed the products of high safety, the clinical curative effect is distinct. With the current mobile Internet technology and the doctor's diagnosis, patients can take lower fees and get effective treatment. It will be a new business model. In this paper, by studying a large number of mobile Internet applications and innovated business model, we will analysis how to reduce the cost in the supply chain. This article research results about the future of medical equipment products help build a business model. This article results will help build a new business model of medical equipment area. The new business model will change the system from providing product to providing personalized service. People-oriented service improve enterprise core competitiveness, bring changes in core resources, processes and profit model. Business models as one of the hot research field in recent years, greatly appreciated by the business community and academic area. This paper is aiming at innovative enterprise, trying to continued perfection in gradually practice. All the analysis are based on after-diagnosis phase. So how to apply the mobile internet to the face-to-face diagnosis need further discussion according to daily practice.
