中文摘要:随着经济全球化的进程,燃气等清洁能源,正在被越来越多的国家和地区利用,其在未来能源供应中也将占有越来越重要的地位。随着我国物流市场的全面开放,基于燃气行业的物流在中国取得了长足进步并以迅猛的速度在发展。但是在燃气行业由于受体制的限制、历史养成的依赖思想、缺乏科学的经营理念、管理理念以及方法,燃气物流的发展比较缓慢。要如何认识市场,并通过全面运营的信息化、市场与战略绩效的机制等先进的管理手段,持续的优化燃气物流的运营机制,不断提高燃气物流的运营能力,这是我们需要研究的重要课题。 本文以XX燃气公司为例,首先对于燃气物流业务进行分析;其次对燃气物流管理中的需求管理,气源选择,动力整合,运输执行,这四个方面进行介绍并提出相应的方案;最后对本文所论述内容进行总结。以达到在互联网能源交易平台的总体规划下,建设XX能源内部的物流配送平台,配合交易平台实现内部燃气智能调度的目的。 在研究中,我们对于不同的需求采用了不同的模型,包括自动补货模型、需求预测模型、价格测算模型、供应商评价模型、气源地合作模型、承运商评价与选择模型、运力选择策略模型、供需平衡模型、供需智能匹配模型等。 在技术使用了大数据与物联网新技术,利用历史信息进行大数据分析,完成对客户需求进行预测,同时对供应商进行管理。利用物联网技术,对于运输过程进行全程监控与调度。利用互联网技术保证了信息的有效传输。同时使用了移动互联网技术,采用了移动App来对外勤员工与车辆进行智能的管理,利用GPS技术,有效的保证了车辆与人员的运行安全,同时提高了应急的响应速度。  
英文摘要:Along with the economic globalization process, gas and other clean energy, is being used more and more countries and regions, in the future will be more and more important role in the energy supply. With China's logistics market fully open, the gas logistics in China has made great progress and development at a furious pace. But due to limited by system, and rely on thought for a long time to develop, there is no scientific management, management thought and method, gas transportation development slowly. How to understand the market, through the comprehensive information, the market mechanism and other advanced management means and strategy performance, continuously optimize operation mechanism, to improve operational excellence ability, it is an important issue in front of us. Based on XX gas company as an example, this paper first analyzes gas logistics business; Next to the gas demand management in logistics management, source selection, dynamic consolidation, transportation this four aspects to introduce the execution and proposes the corresponding solution; Finally, this paper discussed content is summarized. In order to achieve energy trading platform in the Internet under the overall planning, the construction of XX energy internal logistics distribution platform, cooperate with the trading platform to realize overall running of internal business purposes. In the study, we used different models for the different business request, including automatic replenishment model, demand forecast model, price estimate model, suppliers evaluation model, the source of the cooperation model, carrier evaluation and selection model, capacity selection strategy model, supply and demand of intelligent matching model. In the technology side , we used big data and Internet, the use of historical information for large data analysis, the completion of customer demand forecasting, same with the supplier management. Using the Internet, the whole process monitoring and scheduling of transport processes. The use of Internet technology to ensure the effective transmission of information. At the same time, the mobile Internet technology is used to carry out the intelligent management of the field staff and vehicles. The GPS technology is used to ensure the safety of the vehicle and personnel, and the emergency response speed is improved.
