中文摘要：	众所周知，稳增长，调结构，促新兴经济成长，淘汰落后产能，引导传统产业转型升级是我们国家当前的主要经济政策。在这一时代背景下，为数众多的民营中小型企业也大都面临着转型升级的艰巨任务，大家都在积极探索转型升级的路径和对策。 天津YXJD公司是一家民营小型科技型企业，正在经历转型升级的特殊过程。本文首先详细分析了影响该公司转型升级的外部动因和内部动因，然后又从外部环境和内部环境两大方向出发，对该公司转型升级面临的具体环境进行了梳理和分析，接下来又运用了SWOT方法对该公司转型升级面对的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁进行了剖析和总结。其中，以PEST方法对外部的宏观环境进行了分析，以波特“五力法”对外部的产业环境进行了分析，以基础资源、经营结构与核心能力的角度对该公司转型升级的内部环境进行了分析。 通过以上多方面的认真分析和研究，最终制定了该公司转型升级的七大对策和四项保障措施，并将这些研究结果在该公司转型升级的实践中去积极实施和应用，被证实是有效果的，是确实可行的。 本文中“以员工个人转型升级促进企业转型升级”的观点以及“以创新为驱动，以精益化管理为抓手，以拓宽企业盈利模式和营销渠道为突破口”的三件法宝论的观点是本研究的创新之处。这些观点对当前我国众多的民营中小型企业的转型升级将会起到积极的借鉴意义和启发作用。
英文摘要：	It is well-known that stabilizing growth, adjusting structure, promoting the growth of emerging economies, closing down outdated production facilities as well as guiding the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries are the current principal economic policies of China. Under the background of this era, numerous small and medium-sized private enterprises are facing the arduous task of transformation and upgrading for the most part and they are actively exploring route and countermeasures to achieve these goals. Tianjin YXJD Company is a private small scientific and technological enterprise, is undergoing a transformation and upgrading of the special process. This paper firstly analyzes the external and internal motives influencing the transformation and upgrading of this company in detail, and then combs and analyzes specific environment faced by the company in its transformation and upgrading from two main directions of external environment and internal environment and afterwards employs the SWOT method to analyze and summarize the advantage, disadvantage, opportunities and threats faced by the company in its transformation and upgrading. In addition, this paper uses the PEST method to analyze the external macro-environment and Porter's "five forces" method to analyze the external industrial environment and approaches the internal environment of the company for its transformation and upgrading from the perspective of basic resources, business structure and core abilities. Through the above analysis and research, the final formulation of the company's transformation and upgrading of the seven measures and four safeguard measures, and the results of these studies in the company's transformation and upgrading of the practice to implement and application, is proved to be effective, is indeed feasible. This paper "to personal transformation and upgrading to promote transformation and upgrading of enterprises" point of view and innovation driven, to lean management as the starting point, as the breakthrough point of the three magic weapons to broaden the enterprise profit model and marketing channel theory point of view is the innovation of this study. These views on the current China's large number of small and medium enterprises in the transformation and upgrading of small and medium enterprises will play a positive reference and inspiration.
