中文摘要: | 随着全球一体化的出现,且近几年全球金融危机造成企业内外部环境急剧变化,导致企业的经营面临严峻的挑战。人力资源作为企业的核心竞争力,其重要性远超于技术、资本等其他资源。迎着全球战略管理的兴起,企业也日益重视和培养人才的自主性和创新精神,人力资源以其保值性和增值性成为企业获取有利竞争地位的重要手段。由于国际影片进入中国市场,艺恩公司与国际的合作逐渐增多,人力资源管理中日益暴露人才储备不足等问题,越来越引起公司的重视。艺恩公司作为中国影视大数据平台开创者和领航者,就人力资源而言,为应对瞬息万变的市场环境下,为了保障各部门业务的有效开展,和让公司管理制度符合公司发展的需求,艺恩公司积极需求在各方面的改革和转型,尤其是人力资源管理体系的改进和转型。本文理论与实践相结合,先通过查阅和整理国内外人力资源相关理论,整理出清晰地人力资源发展脉络,为艺恩公司人力资源管理体系改进研究提供理论基础。分析艺恩公司的公司现状,总结出公司目前经营的基本情况。结合企业市场环境和发展境遇,就艺恩公司人力资源的结构结合人员结构和人员流动率加以分析。同时针对艺恩公司人力资源管理体系的演变过程、特点、存在的问题以及改进的必要性加以论述,从而引出下文艺恩公司人力资源管理体系改进的方案。在改进方案的指导下,针对艺恩公司人力资源管理体系存在的问题,提出就目前艺恩公司状况急需解决的环节,着手实施艺恩公司人力资源管理体系的改进。最后,为确保人力资源管理体系改进的有效实施,从组织保障、人员保障和制度保障等三个方面提供支持。不断提升人力资源管理参与人员的素质和能力,推进现代人力资源管理理念。推动艺恩公司全体员工参与人力资源管理体系的改进,提升公司的整体管理水平,从而提高工作效率以实现企业战略目标,维持长久可持续的发展。 | |
