英文摘要:Abstract ‘Running a family estate permanently,and attain its sustainable operation’ is a dream of each family business entrepreneurs.Since China’s reform and opening-up,some family. businesses in our country have been through a transformation from the ’individual combat’ of rude working mode to a cross-industry, cross-field “large-scale and connotative development. broadened the field from traditional industry to high technology industry like electron and mechanic. In severe domestic and overseas competition, some family businesses in our country caught the business opportunity one step ahead by virtue of the strong family cohesion and the entrepreneur’s agile business acumen. It contribute to the family businesses’ develop- ment.The importance of human resources and the strategic position of human resource. management has been maximal promoted during the transformation. Choosing the human resource management mode which meets the development of the enterprises in a scientific, efficient and reasonable way, and formulating the institution mechanism and operation procedure that can substantially elevate staff’s professional ethics improve staff’s quality and ability and performance level became the core content of companies management and administration. Shenzhen LS Jewelry Group co. Ltd (abbr. ‘LS Jewelry Group’) is a huge Jewelry company, which combines gold, silver, gemstone and Jewelry’s professional design, producing and sales service all in one. LS Jewelry group possess three subsidiaries, includes is the in-house design,processing and selling integrated Shenzhen Feng Yi Jewelry limited company, Shenzhen Jin Feng Solid Gold Industry limited company and Shenzhen Shang Yu Mei Jewelry limited company.Since the company set up, they have brought up a very powerful professional team which is competent in designing, technique, producing, marketing, strategy and so on. The team has three hundred members now. They took ‘Building a harmonious environment, creating new values’ as their enterprise’s culture concept, and made great effort to promote their Jewelry selling business.They have built long-term cooperation relationship with a few well-known Jewelry retailers in Hong Kong, and supply gold Jewelry production to many famous mainland retail enterprises with fabulous feature. Our production wins the favor of well-known Jewelry retailers such as Chow Tai Fook, King Tai Sang, BJ Cai Bai and Ideal.The group is in new a stage of rapid development. Establishing new concepts, forming new systems, defining new standards and stirring up new motive power become their important aim. And they also need to build an unbroken system of recruitment, training, payment, performance management and carry out activities of building enterprise culture, propel the founding of informationization, standardization, internationalization and scale expansion. And they pursue a innovative, efficient, bookish, pleasant-circumstance company. In the process, new types of human resource management of LS Jewelry group has also been attempting and exploring. As the dominant of LS Jewelry Group HRM ,The author carded the trace of theoretical knowledge of business administration and human resources, based on the practical experience that accumulated from practical work. And discussed the modern human resource management method of LS Jewelry Group, analyzed the HRM current situation ,existing problems and reason of LS Jewelry Group.
