| 中文摘要: | 面对全球严峻的淡水资源,世界各国都在大力发展节水灌溉事业,研究新的节水灌溉技术,而我们国家淡水资源人均量仅为世界平均水平的1/10,所以更加短缺,我国政府近年来通过四大节水战略来提升我国的农业节水灌溉设施,同时出台政策鼓励节水灌溉新技术的研发。润农节水公司作为我国节水灌溉领域知名的企业,在节水灌溉产品生产、项目承揽方面做出了明显的业绩。也取得了很好的社会效益。面对中国节水灌溉市场日趋活跃、政府投资力度不断加大,所以参与节水灌溉行业的企业也越来越多,技术水平也参差不齐,润农节水公司如何把握这大机会,同时在激烈竞争中发挥优势,寻求企业长青之路,这个现实问题就摆在所有节水公司面前。本文通过对国外节水灌溉发展的历史与现状进行了分析,同时对我国的节水灌溉的现状及国家政策、国内企业参与的现状与规模等等方面运用科学的现代经济理论、战略管理学和PEST分析法进行了详尽的分析,同时本文以润农节水公司为例,运用波士顿矩陈方法(BCG方法)对润农节水公司内部环境进行了科学客观的分析,以便为润农节水公司定制出更合适企业发展的战略选择。全文共四个章节,首先对相关战略理论特点及研究方法做了阐述,其次回顾国内外农业节水灌溉技术特点类型及运用现状,重点分析了我国目前的节水灌溉企业的现状、特点。随后详解润农节水公司的内外环境及自身的优势,并提出了资源外取战略、产品多样化战略、国际化战略的战略选择。最后对战略实施保障做出了回应。所以比较全面的分析了润农节水公司的战略规划。本文旨在对河北润农节水公司科技股份有限公司的战略选择上进行研究,对提出的对策和建议希望能对润农节水公司的发展起到推动的作用。较清楚完整地回答润农节水公司面对激烈的市场环境和国际环境,制定正确的发展战略,同时也能为同行企业的发展起到参考作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As water scarcity has become a harsh global threat, more and more countries are developing water-saving technology as a main strategy to deal with this problem. As the world’s most populated country, China’s fresh water resources only take on less than tem percent of world’s. To protect dwindling fresh water resources, Chinese government has issued four main strategies to improve water-saving facilities as well as implemented related policies to boost the development of water-saving technology. As one of the China’s leading irrigation enterprises, Runnong has been dedicated itself to the manufacture of irrigation products as well as the installation of irrigation projects, which have been accepted nationwide. As the irrigation market keeps expanding governments subsidy keeps growing, two issues have revealed: for one thing, more and more companies have entered this market, which promote the prosperity of entire market; for another, since these companies vary considerably in quality, the market competition is chaotic. How to grasp this opportunity to produce advantages so as to win in the fierce competition is the keyissue for Runnong. This paper mainly analyzes the history and present development of international irrigation industry meanwhile analyzes China’s present irrigation industry, nation’s policies, and involvement of local enterprises in terms of modern economic theories, strategy management theories, and PAST. In addition, it also analyzes Runnong’s internal environment through BGG in order to finalize the strategy that suits Runnong’s development. It contains four sections : the first section illustrates the characteristics and methodology of strategy management theory; the second section reviews local and international irrigation technologies, which focuses on the current development of China’s irrigation enterprises; the third section emphasizes on the analysis of Runnong’s internal and external environment as well as its advantages, and proposes outsourcing strategy, diversification strategy, and global strategy; the final section responses the guarantee tactics of Runnong’s strategy implement. To sum up, this paper aims to research of Runnong’s strategy, and proposes the policies and advices that boost Runnong’s development. It answers how Runnong chooses and implements the right strategies when facing the fierce competition from local and international market,which also presents reference for peer companies. | |
