| 中文摘要: | 在当今经济低迷的困难时期,由于制浆造纸行业的过度投资,产业结构不均衡,下游市场需求低迷,银行借贷收紧,致使造纸行业举步维艰,整个行业步入严冬。在这样的背景下,如果想要在竞争如此激烈的市场中不被淘汰,不光要不断地提高自己产品的质量、更是要靠良好的服务以此来维护和满足客户日益增加的需求。原材料的价格和质量决定着企业的利润,控制好原材料的价格和质量是采购管理的重要职能之一。所以,采购的便捷性俨然已成为制浆造纸企业的关键所在,同样也变成了节约成本、创造利润的重要途径。 制浆造纸企业中,采购约占总成本的70%-80%,所以企业要想降低成本,采购在整个供应链管理中作为至关重要的一个环节。 本文较为详细的陈述了XXX公司的采购管理和供应商管理情况,并发现了其中的问题所在,这就为寻求能够解决问题的方法奠定了实践基础。 以该行业的采购管理现在状况作为出发点,结合企业发展需要,从采购和供应商的管理这两个方面所涉及到的问题进行剖析,结合数据所提供的依据寻求解决的办法。再加以对流程方面进行优化来提高采购管理的效率,通过对采购流程中比较关键的几个点进行细致的规定使其更透明,与此同时提升了招标、询价、议价的相关要求,根据需要设立供应商管理体系,对供应商的准入要求和绩效方面的考核也进行了比较深层次的研究。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In today's difficult times of economic downturn, due to excessive investment in the pulp and paper industry, imbalance the industrial structure, depressed downstream market demand, tightening of bank lending, the paper industry is difficult and struggling in the winter. In the background, to win in the fierce market competition ,a company have to improve the product quality. Price and quality of raw materials determine the profits of enterprises. It’s one of the most important function to control prices and quality of raw materials. Therefore, convenient purchase becomes the crux to the pulp and paper companies and important channel to save costs and create profits. Purchase cost is about 70 to 80 percent of the total cost. So if a company want to reduce costs, purchasing is a vital part in the entire supply chain. This paper describes the XXX company's procurement management and supplier management in detail, and found the problems, which leads to find way to solve the problems. Using the industry present condition of purchasing and supply management as a starting point, combined with business development needs, This thesis analyze with the problem of purchasing and supplier management and seek a solution based on data basis. Coupled with respect to process optimization in order to improve the efficiency of procurement management to make it more transparent procurement process by making a few pivotal points more detailed. At the same time, this thesis raises the requirements of Bidding, inquiry, and bargaining. Also this thesis establish the supplier management system according to relating needs and deep research the assessments of the Supplier of entry requirements and performance. | |
