| 中文摘要: | 随着全球环境的不断恶化和人们环保意识的增强,环保产业进入快速发展阶段,发达国家的环保产业成为全球市场的主要力量,我国也通过各种途径加快追赶。近年来,随着”水十条”、”气十条”、”土十条”的逐步推出,我国对于环境保护的规划已经从战略层面逐渐落到实处,可以说,我国环保产业已进入一个大发展时期和产业转型期。 RLC公司成立于2004年,作为一个全面的水处理方案提供商,深耕水处理十余年,现有专利10余项及各项资质。但随着环保行业的不断整合发展,企业遇到了竞争加剧、毛利率骤降、应收账款增多、项目施工难度加大、环保产业标准体系不健全、地方保护主义较重等多种问题。面对挑战和机遇,公司将调整战略发展方向,改变运营模式,引导企业的业务升级和转型,重塑公司核心竞争力。通过优化公司组织结构,全力发展土壤、水污染修复和高端装备制造及技术输出,整合国内外的资源和加强自身的技术创新,形成企业自身的核心竞争力。利用新的市场运营模式,灵活对接各个项目,使公司拥有强大的市场竞争力和品牌影响力,确立行业内的优势地位。使公司形成以高端设备、核心技术输出、项目设计与施工、项目投资与服务为一体的综合环境修复提供商。 本研究运用了SWOT分析、波士顿矩阵理论等分析模型和方法,对RLC公司发展面临的外部环境、内部资源及主要业务能力进行了全面、系统的分析,确立了升级转型的基本思路和方向。通过本文研究,在做强环境修复方面,采取用了“互联网+”概念和“工业4.0”概念,确保公司发展符合未来产业潮流。公司采用新的组织框架、运营模式和研发方式,把握市场动向,提高运营效率、技术水平和经济效益,顺利实现公司的升级和转型。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the worsening of the global environment and enhancement of the people environmental protection consciousness, the environmental protection industry entered a stage of rapid development, the environmental protection industry of developed countries become the main force of the global market, our country also accelerate through various channels. Water in recent years, gradually introduced, soil in our country for the planning of environmental protection has gradually implement, from the strategic level, to say the environmental protection industry in China has entered a large development period and industry transition. RLC company was founded in 2004, as a comprehensive water treatment solutions provider, subsoil water treatment more than ten years, more than 10 existing patents and qualifications. But as the integrated development of the environmental protection industry, met with increasing competition of enterprises, gross margin increased sharply, accounts receivable, increased difficulties of project construction, environmental protection industry standard system is not sound, local protectionism is heavier and other problems. The challenges and opportunities facing the enterprise inside and outside, the company will adjust strategic development direction, change the operating mode, to guide enterprise business transformation and upgrading, reshape the company's core competitiveness. By optimizing organization structure and development of soil and water pollution output repair and high-end equipment manufacturing and technology, integration of resources and strengthen its own technological innovation at home and abroad, the formation of core competitiveness of the enterprise itself. Take advantage of new market operation mode, a flexible docking various projects, the company has a strong market competitiveness and brand influence, establish the advantage position of the industry. This study USES the SWOT analysis and Boston matrix theory analysis models and methods, for the development of the RLC company facing the external environment, internal resources and main business ability has carried on the comprehensive and systematic analysis, established the basic ideas and direction of upgrading transformation. Through this thesis research, in terms of stronger environmental restoration, by adopting the concept of \"Internet +\" and \"industrial 4.0\" concept, to ensure that the company in line with the industry trend in the future.
