中文摘要：	摘 要当前，来自互联网的冲击是许多传统行业从业者无法回避的问题。而对于拍卖行业而言，近年来在江浙等地试点实行的“淘宝拍卖”新模式正是互联网冲击的集中体现。网络拍卖一方面避免了传统拍卖行业具有违规风险、效率较低等缺点，另一方面在信息传播的广度、速度等方面展现出显而易见的优势。以至于个别地区强制将司法拍卖在网络平台上执行。然而这并不符合当前市场的需求，网络拍卖在现阶段很难完全取代传统的委托拍卖形式。而与此同时，传统拍卖行业通过商业模式变革为自身赢得新的生存和发展空间也成为传统拍卖行业从业者的必由之路。本文以从事传统拍卖行业的B拍卖行作为核心案例，运用文献研究、案例研究等方法对拍卖行业的发展、互联网冲击的来源等问题进行了梳理，并在对于国内外关于商业模式的过往研究进行了总结。此外，还通过在司法拍卖领域的真实案例的列举作为观点的佐证和校准。本文列举了三个方面的案例，其中既有表现网络拍卖优越性的，也有表现其局限性的案例。此外，还包括结合B拍卖行的实践总结了传统拍卖行所提供的服务的价值的案例。在此基础上，本文对传统拍卖行业从业者所处的环境进行了分析，并依据成熟的商业模式框架探讨B拍卖行乃至传统拍卖行业全体在互联网时代改善商业模式的可能性。最后，对互联网环境下传统拍卖从业者、互联网研究者提出了建议。 关键词：互联网冲击、传统拍卖行业、商业模式、司法拍卖
英文摘要：	Abstract At present, the impact of the Internet is the issue that a lot of traditional industry practitioners cannot evade. And for the auction industry, in recent years in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other places of the pilot implementation of the Taobao Auction new pattern is the concentrated expression of the impact of the Internet. On one hand, network auction avoid the traditional auction industry’s disadvantages, on the other hand, in the breadth and speed of information dissemination, showing obvious advantages. So that individual areas will be forced to implement the judicial auction on the network platform. However, this does not meet the needs of the current markets; the network auction in the present stage is difficult to completely replace the traditional auction format. At the same time, the traditional auction industry through business model change for their own to win the new survival and development of space has become the only way for the traditional auction industry practitioners. In this thesis, we use B as the case of the traditional auction industry. We use of literature research, case studies and other issues of the development of the auction industry, the source of the impact of the Internet, etc., and in the domestic and international research on the business model of the past. On this basis, this thesis analyzes the environment of the traditional auction industry practitioners, and discusses the possibility of the B auction company’s and the traditional auction industries’ strategies in the Internet era. In addition, through the judicial auction in the field of real cases cited as evidence and calibration. One case shows the advantages of the network auction, the case two shows the limitations of the network auction. The value of the service provided by the traditional auction company is summarized by the third case. Finally, the Internet environment of the traditional auction practition Internet researchers have proposed.
