| 中文摘要： | 摘 要 近年来的调查表明，许多选矿工厂都在扩大规模和开展选矿技改项目，但大部分选矿技改项目都不能如期完成，选矿技改项目长期以来困扰着矿山企业的发展。这是因为，绝大部分矿山企业在项目施工时，只有一个粗略的工期，没有对项目的进度采取科学、系统的计划和控制。少数采取控制的单位，控制技术和方法缺乏针对性和可操作性，控制手段比较笼统，往往达不到较好的效果。因此，研究、探索此类项目的进度控制，对合理安排工期，提高质量管理水平，控制项目投资，使项目按工期完成，尽快产生效益，对矿山企业具有重要的现实意义。 本研究从项目进度控制的基本概念、主要任务、措施、控制原理、控制方法、进度优化等方面出发，通过采用文献资料研究和案例研究等研究方法，对项目管理知识体系和进度控制理论进行回顾；针对矿山企业选矿技改项目的现状及特点进行分析，对影响选矿技改项目的因素、风险和存在的问题进行详细分析；建立了选矿技改项目的进度控制模型；并对进度控制模型的运行保障进行了研究；同时又以莱芜矿业业庄选矿厂技术改造项目为例进行了案例分析。 关键词： 选矿技改项目 施工进度 影响因素 风险分析 进度控制 | |
| 英文摘要： | Abstract The investigation in recent years has shown that， many ore dressing plants choose to enlarge its scale and carrying out the project of dressing technological transformation，and the majority of dressing technological transformation project aren’t accomplished as planned. The dressing technological transformation project is puzzling the development of mine enterprises for a long time. To analyze the reason， the majority of these projects fail to take scientific and systematic control over the schedule of the projects， with only a sketchy construction period. Minor units of taking control are short of aim and feasibility. The control methods are comparatively general with no good effects. Therefore， the researching of this kind of schedule control is beneficial for the proper arrangement of construction period， the improvement of quality management and the control of project investment. Under the circumstance of high products price， it also casts realistic significance on mining enterprises as well as the scheduled projects to produce profit as soon as possible. This thesis aims to make proper review and analysis of basic concept， main task， measures， controlling principles and methods， process balancing by means of literature review and case analysis. In light of the retrospect towards the project managing system and schedule controlling theory， this thesis aims to analyze the present state and characteristics of dressing transformation projects， also the influencing factors and risks towards the ore dressing technological transformation project and existing problems， setting up a model of schedule controlling system. It also researches on the operating controlling of the model and makes a case analysis of the enlarging transformation project of Laiwu ore enlarge transformation project.
