| 中文摘要: | 汽车产业是体现国家产业化水平的极具代表性的支柱产业之一,具有产业链长、规模效益明显、关联度高、资金与技术密集等特点。近年来,美国、德国等传统汽车强国汽车产业发展速度放缓,而中国则迎来汽车发展的一个高峰期,汽车产量连年快速增长,产销量连年占据世界第一,中国在全球汽车产业的地位正急速提升。尽管如此,与国外成熟的汽车市场相比,我国汽车产业仍处于快速成长期,各方面发展都不成熟,发展潜力巨大;另一方面,进入2015年以后,在政府倡导的经济“新常态”和节能减排等政策影响下,中国整车市场总体产销量增长缓慢,各大汽车厂商将面临新一轮的结构调整和技术革新,如何制定战略以快速适应市场显得尤为重要。SY汽车城在经历了几年的发展之后,到2013年已实现整车产量81.6万辆,总产值1056.4亿元的规模,已提前达成初步规划的目标,鉴于汽车产业外部环境发生变化以及产业转型升级的需要,如何进行战略调整和深化成为新的议题。在当前环境下,对SY汽车城发展战略进行研究具有十分重要的现实意义,它将为中国汽车产业发展提供全新的思路。 本文从SY汽车城的实际情况出发,通过对国内外汽车产业集群模式和汽车产业发展战略的研究,运用战略管理的基本理论和战略规划的常用技术方法,采用PEST和SWOT分析法对SY汽车城发展的宏观环境和内外部环境进行分析,总结得出SY汽车城发展的优势、劣势、机遇及威胁。并进一步对其发展进行规划,制定了详细的战略定位、战略指导思想和发展思路,确立了打造以汽车为中心的“产业之城、科技之城、商贸之城、文化之城、和谐之城”的发展目标。目前,SY汽车城仍处于起步阶段,具备一定的基础条件但是尚不成熟,针对这一现实,本文提出了SY汽车城汽车制造业、汽车服务业、汽车文化等发展重点,集中力量,重点突破。最后对汽车城的发展战略制定了三阶段的实施步骤和一系列的保障措施。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Automotive industry is one of the pillar industries which typically represent the industrialization level of a nation. It’s also a capital and technology intensive industry with long industrial chain and obvious scale economy. In recent years, America, Germany and other traditional automotive manufacturing countries have seen slowdown in production and sales. Meanwhile, automotive industry in China has been developing rapidly. However, compared with other mature auto countries, China’s automotive industry is still in the developing stage, and the growth potential is huge. On the other hand, influenced by “China's New Normal” and “energy saving and emission reduction” policy, overall sales in China promote very slowly this year. As a result, major auto manufacturers were facing a new round of structural adjustment and technological innovation. In this situation, it becomes particularly important to adapt to the market quickly. By 2013, after several years of development, SY Automobile City has reached a large scale, and achieved the goal of preliminary planning in advance. Facing with the change of the external environment and the need of industrial transformation and upgrading, how to make strategic adjustments becomes a new issue. It has very important practical significance to study the development strategy of SY Automobile City, which will provide new ideas for the development of China's automobile industry. This thesis started from the practical situation of SYand summarized strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threatens of SY Automobile City by doing research on auto industrial cluster model and development strategy at home and abroad and using the basic theories of strategic management such as PEST and SWOT. The next part developed a further strategic planning about positioning, guiding ideology and established the goal to create ‘the city of science and technology, the city of Commerce, the city of culture, the city of harmony development”. We also put forward the key development points, such as automobile service industry, automobile culture, etc. Finally, three implementation steps of the development strategy and a series of security measures were worked out. | |
