中文摘要:近年来,深圳市产业升级带来的大量高素质人才日益增多,公办学位需求迅速膨胀,对优质公办教育的需求日益增加。公立学校委托管理模式在保证基础教育规模的增长、扩大基础教育资源等方面起到了积极作用。一些公立委托管理学校走投机路线,一味盲目跟风,没有自身长久经营个体品牌项目和品牌形象的目标计划,不仅不能保证自身的可持续发展,还降低了教师的满意度。在这种形势下,能够根据自身的条件,更好地维护好当前的教师,提升教师的满意度,必将会更加有利于公立委托管理学校的健康发展。依据福田区人民政府与腾讯公益慈善基金会签订的《合作办学框架协议》,深圳明德实验学校在办学体制、学校管理机制、教育教学模式创新等方面承载着深化基础教育改革的历史使命。基于此,本文以明德实验学校为研究对象,通过理论分析及实践调查相结合、定量分析与定性判断相结合的方法,着重研究明德实验学校在教师满意度方面存在的问题,针对明德实验学校存在的问题提出有效地解决问题的办法,同时将自身的经验在更大的范围内进行推广。首先,本文概述了明德实验学校的基本状况,借助教师问卷调查,从多个角度对明德实验学校的教师满意度进行了摸底,采用定量和定性相结合的方法得出结论。进入知识经济时代,充分发挥人力资本价值,对于明德实验学校来说,通过内部营销的手段来加强学校人力资源的组织,建立有效的激励机制和人才服务机制,充分调动人员的积极性,提高教师满意度。接着,本文分析了明德实验学校在提升教师满意度方面存在的问题及根源,为提升明德实验学校的教师满意度,本文从加强人力资源优化配置、教师关系管理、现代化网络沟通平台构建、及品牌形象文化建设等四个方面,提出了提升明德实验学校教师满意度的有效策略,并制定了明德实验学校内部管理制度和执行方案。通过本文的研究,有助于明德实验学校认清问题所在,通过实施相应的有效策略,提升自身的教师满意度,并由此提升明德实验学校的核心竞争力。 
英文摘要:In recent years, Shenzhen city industrial upgrading brought a large number of high quality personnel, public demand for rapid expansion, the demand for quality public education is increasing. The entrusted management mode of public schools has played a positive role in ensuring the growth of the scale of basic education, expanding the basic education resources and so on. Some public trust management schools take the speculative line, blindly follow the trend, not their own long-term business individual brand project and brand image of the target plan, not only can not guarantee their sustainable development, reduce the teacher's satisfaction. In this situation, to better maintain the current teachers, improve teacher's satisfaction, and will be more conducive to the development of public trust management school. According to the Futian District people's government and Tencent Charity Foundation signed a cooperation framework agreement, Shenzhen Ming De experimental school in the school system, school management mechanism, education and teaching mode innovation and carrying the historical mission of deepening the reform of basic education. Based on this, this paper takes the school as the research object, through theoretical analysis and practical investigation, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method, the paper focuses on the problem of the school teachers' satisfaction, and the problems of the school in the school, and to promote their own experience in a wider range. First of all, this paper summarizes the basic situation of Matilda experimental school, with questionnaire survey, from multiple angles of Matilda experimental school teachers' job satisfaction were thoroughly, with quantitative and qualitative methods to a conclusion, entered the era of knowledge economy, give full play to the human capital value, to Matilda experimental school, by means of internal marketing to strengthen school human resources of the organization, to establish effective incentive mechanisms and personnel service mechanism, personnel to fully mobilize the enthusiasm, improving the satisfaction of the teacher. Then, this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the improvement of teachers' satisfaction, and finally, the paper puts forward an effective strategy to improve the satisfaction of teachers' satisfaction in the experimental school in five aspects: strengthening the human resource allocation, strengthening the relationship management between teachers and schools, strengthening the network communication platform, strengthening the brand and culture.
