中文摘要：	摘 要 随着刹车片市场需求的多样化和个性化，采用传统的半自动化或离散性生产方式已不能满足顾客快速交付和低成本的需求。传统的生产方式无法实现信息的快速、准确传递，同时由于环节众多，转运、等待对效率浪费较严重，制造周期较长、质量不稳定、成本也具高不下，严重削弱了企业对市场的竞争力。因此，在面临多品种小批次生产计划的同时，如何找到一种有效的提高客户满意度、提高生产计划交付率以及使生产效率最大化的生产方式己经成为国内外研究的重点项目之一。本论文根据多品种小批量生产方式的特点，重点研究了采用模块化生产方式来进行多品种小批量生产计划与控制优化，以提高多品种小批量生产的生产效率、计划交付率，同时保证产品质量的一致性，从而提高客户满意度。 本文包括以下几个部分。首先，本文分析了传统流水线及多品种小批量生产模式在国内外研究的现状和存在的问题；本文以山东金麒麟公司为应对多品种小批量订单所采用的模块化生产方式为例，详细介绍并分析了模块化在多品种小批量生产方式中的应用，重新形成了一种模块化生产管理模式，并分析了各种生产流程组织形式的共性与个性；最后，本文在充分吸收MRP，JIT及传统计划方法优点的基础下，提出了利用模块化生产来解决多品种小批量的新型现代化生产方式。 模块化生产方式可以降低辅料库存、生产过程在产品库存、提高产品周转率，减少八大浪费，同时为充分利用生产线的人员、设备的生产能力提供切实有效的条件。模块化生产方式的是一项综合了科技信息化、标准流程制度化、生产最优化的重大管理革新。 关键词：山东金麒麟公司；模块化生产；多品种小批量；生产计划；过程控制
英文摘要：	Abstract As the brakes market demand diversification and personalization， using the traditional semi-automatic methods or discrete production can not meet the needs of customers fast delivery and low cost. The traditional methods of production can not achieve fast， accurate transmission of information， and because many links， transport， waiting on the efficiency of waste more serious， long manufacturing cycle， inconsistent quality， with high costs high， severely weakened the competitiveness of enterprises on the market force. Therefore， in the face of the many varieties of small batch production plan at the same time， how to find an effective improve customer satisfaction， improve production schedule delivery rate and to maximize the production efficiency of production methods has become One of the key research projects at home and abroad. According to the main features of various small batch production， the thesis focuses on using modular production methods for optimizing various small batch production planning and control to level up the production efficiency of various small batch， the delivery rate of planning， at the same time ensure the consistency of product quality， improve customer satisfaction. This thesis contains the following sections. Firstly， this thesis urinalysis the research status and problems of the traditional assembly line and many varieties of small batch production methods. It takes the response of Shandong Gold Phoenix Co.，Ltd. as an example， describing the application of production in various small batch methods in details， and analyzes the commonness and individuality of various production process organization form. Finally, in the full absorption of MRP, JIT basis and advantages of traditional planning methods, the proposed use of modular production to solve the many varieties of small batch of new modern methods of production. Modular production methods can reduce material inventory, production processes in product inventory, improve product turnover, eight waste reduction, while providing effective conditions for the full utilization of productive capacity of the production line personnel and equipment. Modular production methods is a combination of science and technology information, standard procedures institutionalized, production optimization significant management innovation.
