| 中文摘要: | 制造企业在当今时代激烈的市场竞争环境下,适应环境并且能够得以生存和发展的关键是具备相对竞争对手较强的竞争优势。现代企业间的竞争,也从以往企业间一对一的竞争局面,扩展到销售、产品研发、生产制造、资源调配,以及产品售后服务整个产品生命周期过程所涵盖的供应链的竞争。怎样能够充分有效地调动供应链上各个组织单元的资源,以充分发挥其竞争优势,在相互协同配合的前提下完成产品各个阶段的任务,是现代企业赢得核心竞争力,最终在市场竞争中战胜竞争对手的关键因素。 现代供应链管理理念要求企业同时关注企业内部和外部的资源和竞争对手,强调将整个供应链上的资源进行有效整合,以最大程度地提高核心竞争力。由此可见, 供应链管理是一种适用于全球一体化,并且需求多样化的大环境下的一种管理理念。但是,在很多企业中,由于信息孤岛的普遍存在,各个业务环节交接处的复杂性、不确定性等特点,使得无法实现真正意义上的供应链协同。而研究表明很多企业在实现供应链协同过程中,采购环节与上下游流程的衔接所存在的问题最为显著,这就是本文选题的原因。 在此背景下,论文选取T公司作为研究对象进行供应链采购管理研究。首先对供应链管理、协同供应链管理以及JIT理论下供应链采购管理的基本理论进行阐述,指出了JIT采购对协同供应链管理的重要意义,并提出了将协同理念和JIT思想结合的新型供应链采购管理思想。然后介绍了T公司的经营情况,对该公司的采购流程、物流管理、供应商相关管理现状进行充分研究,根据采购部门具体业务情况找到问题,并从供应链全局角度分析问题成因。之后根据T公司供应链采购管理实现的目标提出构建协同供应链采购管理系统的解决方案。并且对T公司协同系统的策略、架构、数据流程、主要功能进行了充分研究。T公司根据协同理念和JIT思想相结合的新型供应链管理思想,通过搭建统一的服务平台实现了电子看板结构的采购流程、供应商协同,资源得到了优化重组、订单处理流程得到了整合,初步实现了核心企业和供应商之间的采购信息和过程的协同。最后对T公司协同系统实施步骤、困难,以及实施后取得的效果进行了充分分析。T公司协同供应链采购管理系统的运行,实现了供应链的协同管理,为进一步扩展和完善公司供应链管理平台奠定理论和实践基础,也同时希望会对同类型的企业提供指导和借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Manufacturingcompanies in today's era of intense market competition environment, to have relatively strong competitive advantage is the key to adapt to the environment and gain the ability to survive and develop.Competition between modern enterprises has also expanded fromone-on-one competition between enterprises to the area of sales, product research and development, production, resource allocation, and after-sales service, which competitions cover areas throughout processes of supply chain and the whole product life cycle.How can efficiently mobilize the resources of the supply chain on each organizational unit in order to give full play to its competitive advantage and collaborate with each other under the premise of products at various stages of task, is the key factor for a modern enterprise to gain core competitivenessand eventually win over rivals in the market competition. Modern supply chain management requires companies to focus on the both of enterprise internal and external resources and competitorsat the same time, and emphasizes on effective integration of the whole supply chain resourcesin order to maximize the core competitiveness. Thus, supply chain management is a kind of management concept that is suitable for global integration, and diversification of demand under the globalenvironment.However, due to the widespread information island, the complexity of the various business linkage, the characteristics of uncertainty, many companies are unable to realize in the true sense of supply chain collaboration. And studies show a lot of enterprises in the process of establishing supply chain coordination, problems of connecting the upstream and downstream purchasing processes are the most significant, which is the reason why this topic is selected. Under this background, the paper selected the T Company as the research object to research the purchasing supply chain management.Firstly, the concept of supply chain management, collaborative supply chain management and the basic theory of supply chain under the theory of JIT purchasing management are elaborated, pointing out the JIT purchasing on the importance of collaborative supply chain management, and put forward the combination of collaborative concept with JIT thoughts of new supply chain procurement management. Then the purchasing process, fully research of the current logistics management, supplier managementof T company are introduced, based on which the author found the problem according to the purchasing department specific business situation, and to analyze problems from the Angle of the global supply chain. Then the solution on how to achieve the goal of collaborative supply chain procurement management is put forward according to the T company supply chain procurement management objectives. And research is performed towards T company's strategy, architecture, data flow and main function of coordinated system.Based on the concept of the cooperation and JIT thought of combining the new type of supply chain management thinking, T company constructed a unified service platform to achieve the purchasing process via an electronic bulletin board structure, suppliers. As a result, resources get optimized, order processing procedure got integrated. And after the preliminary implementation, the process between core enterprise and suppliers are managed collaboratively. Finally, the author the implementation steps of collaborative system of T company, difficulties, and the effect of fully are analyzed.The successful implementation of the collaborative supply chain procurement management systemfurther expands and improves thesupply chain management theory and practice foundation platform, also hope this practice provide guidance and reference of the same type enterprises. | |
