中文摘要:当前,我国面临的内外部经济金融形势比较复杂。从国际经济来看,世界经济仍处于金融危机后的深度调整期,总体温和复苏,但增长动力不足,复苏疲弱的态势短期内难有明显改观。从国内经济来看,我国经济正处于“三期叠加”时期,经济开始展现新的特征,呈现“新常态”:经济从高速发展转变为中高速发展;经济结构调整,从增量扩能开始转变为调整存量、做优增量并重;经济发展动力开始出现新的增长点。同时金融市场化改革提速,利率市场化进程加快,金融脱媒进一步加剧。随着“新常态”的到来,银行同业竞争将更加激烈。而同业间的竞争归根到底是获取人才优势,对银行来说,人才可以发挥重要优势,人才是最重要的资源也是最大的竞争优势。 本文通过对学习型组织理论、培训理论等大量文献资料的学习与领会,以及对当前培训体系研究领域及研究成果的参考、分析与借鉴,结合中信银行总行营业部培训现状分析,提出了中信银行总行营业部培训体系的总体设计架构。即建立基于学习型组织理论的中信银行总行营业部员工培训体系,使培训体系更加合理、完整,对实现中信银行总行营业部企业战略目标、提升竞争力具有一定的理论和实践意义。 关键词:中信银行;培训体系;体系设计;应用评估 
英文摘要:The internal and external economic and financial situation faced by our country complex. From the point of the international economy, the world economy is still in a period of deep adjustment after the financial crisis with the overall moderate recovery and a lack of motivation. It is difficult to have a significant improvement for the weak recovery trend in the short term. From the point of view of the domestic economy, China's economy is in a "superposition of three" stage and the economic development has entered a "new normal" state. The economic growth is moving from a high-speed to the middle and high speed. The economic structure is converting from giving priority to incremental expansion to the deep correction with the coexistence of stock adjustment and incremental optimization. The economic development power is shifting from the traditional growth point to a new growth point. At the same time, the financial market reform is speeding up. The process of interest rates marketing is accelerating and the financial disinter-mediation is increasing. With the advent of the "new normal" state, the competition in the bank industry will become more intense. The root of the competition within the same industry is the competition of talents. The talent is the most fundamental competitive advantage and the valuable resource of sustainable development. Based on the learning of the theory of learning organization, training theory and other literature, as well as the analysis and reference of the research results of the current research training system, the overall design architecture of the training system of china CITIC bank corporation limited is put forwarded in the paper. It means to establish an employee training system of company A based on the theory of learning organization and make the training system more reasonable and complete. And there is a certain theoretical and practical significance to achieve the strategic objectives of china CITIC bank corporation limited and enhance its competitiveness.
