中文摘要：	中国加入世界贸易组织之后，金融业对外开放将进一步扩大，将在更深的程度上参与经济金融全球化过程。中国银行业也随之进行了一系列制度变迁。这一系列的制度变迁既包含政府自上而下的强制性制度变迁，同时也包含着银行主体自下而上的诱致性制度变迁。这两种制度变迁动力机制贯穿着中国银行业几十年来的改革进程，同时也预示着我国银行业未来的发展方向。 本文回顾了新经济史学派制度变迁理论的三大理论基石——产权理论、国家理论和意识形态理论，分析其中强制性制度变迁和诱致性制度变迁理论，立足国内学者对制度变迁理论持有的观点和看法，寻找文章的创新之源。首先，总结归纳前人对于制度变迁理论的研究成果，特别是运用制度变迁理论对于中国商业银行业制度变迁的研究。然后，分析自改革开放以来中国商业银行业不同阶段的整体制度变迁过程。对于银行业的独立发展、市场化发展、市场化发展的深化以及当今热门的互联网金融等新形势进行分析，按照不同阶段总结出其制度变迁的动力机制和路径选择。最后，对中信银行进行详细的案例分析，分析其从诞生以来的历次关键性制度变迁，以找到中国商业银行业制度变迁的逻辑，为未来的发展提供借鉴。 本文的创新之处在于，根据本人在中信银行的从业经历，针对中信银行的发展历程以及各大历史事件，对中信银行的制度变迁进行了深刻的分析和讨论，概括出其成功的经验以及失败的教训。在此之后，通过中信银行的案例扩展到银行业的制度变迁，以点延伸至面，分析了现有制度中的优劣，提出了自己的改革方案。
英文摘要：	After Chinese accession to the world trade organization, the financial opening to the outside world will be further expanded, will participate in the economic and financial globalization in a deeper extent process. Chinese banking also carried out a series of institutional changes. Mandatory institutional change this series contains both the government from top to bottom, also contains the induced institutional change bank body from bottom to top. These two kinds of system evolution motive mechanism through Chinese banking decades of the reform process, but also indicates the direction of future development of China's banking industry. 　　　This paper reviews the new economic history three big theoretical cornerstone of the theory of institutional changes -- the property right theory, state theory and ideology theory, analysis of the mandatory system changes and induced institutional change theory, based on the domestic scholars on the theory of institutional change held view and perspective, to find the source of innovation. Firstly, sums up the previous research achievement on the theory of institutional change, especially the use of the theory of institutional change to research commercial bank Chinese industry institutional change. Then, the analysis process of the whole system changes since the reform and opening up commercial bank Chinese industry in different stages. For the deepening of independent development, the banking market development, market development and the popular Internet financial analysis in accordance with the new situation, the dynamic mechanism and route choice of different stage summed up the change of the system. Finally, a detailed analysis of the case of CITIC Bank, analysis from its birth since the previous key institutional change, in order to find the commercial bank Chinese industry institutional change logic, provides the reference for the future development. 　　　Innovation of this paper: according to my experience in China CITIC Bank, CITIC Bank for the development course and major historical events, on the institutional change of China CITIC Bank is analyzed and discussed deeply, summarize the successful experience and failure lessons. After this, extended to the institutional change of the banking industry through CITIC Bank case in point, extending to the surface, the analysis of the existing system of the pros and cons, put forward own reform scheme.
