中文摘要：	企业文化的重要作用日益获得越来越多的企业的认可，其在企业发展中的重要性也在逐步提升。当前我国的社会转型与经济变革，使得现代企业面临着非常巨大的挑战，尤其是对于一批经历丰富但生存境况严峻的老企业，如何继承与发扬已有企业文化的优势，重新发掘“人”的价值，成为企业发展的重要课题。 创建于20世纪50年代的中条山有色金属集团有限公司（以下简称中条山集团）作为我国一家知名的大型炼铜联合企业，长期以来形成与发展起具有鲜明特色的企业文化——“中条文化”，对于凝聚员工积极性和促进企业持续发展发挥了巨大作用。然而，面临当前市场经济以及行业和区域发展的新环境，具有近60年生命历程的“中条文化”需要进行深入的整合。如何实施以整合为重点的企业文化建设战略，已经成为新时期中条山集团发展的关键。 本文以中条山集团企业文化整合与发展为主题，在梳理企业文化相关理论研究成果的基础上，回顾了中条山集团企业文化的发展历程，分析了中条山集团企业文化当前存在的问题和主要原因，提出整合中条山集团企业文化的指导思想、主要途径和保障措施。本文的研究结论对于促进中条山集团的全面发展具有积极的指导意义，对于相关企业的企业文化建设也有一定的借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	The importance of enterprise culture is increasingly recognized by more and more enterprises, and its importance in the development of enterprises is also gradually improving. China's current economic and social transformation and change, making the modern enterprise is faced with great challenge, especially for a group of experienced but the survival situation grim old enterprises, how to inherit and carry forward the advantages of enterprise culture, to explore the value of "human", has become an important topic of enterprise development. As a well-known large copper joint enterprisein china, theZhongtiaoshannonferrous metals group co. ltd was founded in twentieth Century 50th,and the formation of corporate culture and the development of characteristic -- "Zhongtiaoculture", plays a huge role in cohesion of staff enthusiasm and promotes the sustainable development of enterprises. However, the Zhongtiao culture needs to be integrated when facing the market economy and the industry and regional development in the new environment. How to implement the integration of enterprise cultural construction strategy as the focushas become a key development in the new period in Zhongtiaoshan group. This paper takes the development and integration of the corporate culture in Zhongtiaoshan group as the theme, based on the relevant theoretical research results of analysis on the corporate culture, and reviews the development of corporate culture in Zhongtiaoshan group, and analyzes the main reasons of enterprise culture and the group for the current existing problems. Besides,the paper also puts forward the main ways and safeguard measures of the integration of the group's corporate culture guiding ideology. The conclusions of this paper have positive significance for promoting the comprehensive development of the group, also have certain significance for the construction of enterprise culture and the optimization of related enterprises.
