中文摘要：	社会进入大数据时代，科学数据呈指数级增长。科学数据可以支持和验证研究成果的真实性，可以为后续科学研究提供复用，减少科研成本等。但是，由于人们对除科研成果以外的科学数据不重视，科学数据管理不当，大量科学数据面临丢失、损毁的风险。因此，对科学数据进行全生命周期管理的数据管护势在必行。对数据管护，已有学者进行了研究，但少有从科研人员角度出发的，而且多是对现有情况的调查。 基于这些不足，本文拟从科研人员的角度出发，了解当前科研人员数据管理与利用现状，探索影响科研人员数据管护意愿的因素，期望研究结论能更好地帮助我国科学数据管护的开展和可持续发展。 本文以信任理论、理性行为理论等为基础，以信任、主观规范、感知成本、知识权力丧失和感知易用性为影响变量，提出了适合科研人员数据管护意愿的量表，设计出了调查问卷。随后，本文运用SPSS19.0对数据进行描述性统计分析；通过信度和效度来检验量表；通过方差分析来分析背景变量与科研人员数据管护意愿及其影响因素的显著性差异；通过相关分析来验证假设。研究通过多维度的数据分析，了解了科研人员的科学数据管理和利用现状，了解了影响科研人员数据管护意愿的因素。最后，本文根据研究结果，分别从科研人员和相关机构层面提出了几点建议，以期促进我国科学数据管护的开展和可持续发展。
英文摘要：	Society has entered the era of big data, and scientific data are growing exponentially. Scientific data can support and verify the authenticity of research results, also can provide multiplexing for the subsequent scientific research and reduce the research costs. But, Being lack of enough attention to the scientific data and proper science data management methods, a large number of scientific data are faced with the risk of loss and damage. it’s imperative to realize the management of the whole life cycle of scientific data,that is data curation. Some scholars have studied the data curation, but there is little studies starting from the point of view of scientific researchers, and most of them are the survey of the existing situation. Based on these short of research, this paper stand in the perspective of scientific researchers to study the influencing factors of scientific researchers'data curation Willingness.The author hope the research conclusion can help the sustainable development of scientific data curation in our country. The paper is mianly based on Trust Theory and the Theory of Reasoned Action. And it takes Trust, Subjective Norm, Perceived Cost, Loss of Knowledge Power and Perceived Ease of Use as the influence factors. And then this paper propose the scale fitting in with the scientific researchers and designed the questionnaire.After that, the paper make descriptive statistical analysis by using of SPSS19.0; use the reliability and validity to test the scale; analyse the significant difference between background variables and scientific researchers' data curation willingness and its influencing factors, and use the correlation analysis to verify the hypothesis. Research comprehend the current situation of scientific researchers' scientific data management and utilization, and also explore the influencing factors of scientific researchers' data curation willingness.At the end,according to the results of this paper, several suggestions are proposed from three levels including scientific researchs, related mechanism and the country.These suggestions will promote the sustainable development of scientific data curation in our country.
