中文摘要：	我国目前正处于全面深化改革的关键时期，要紧紧抓住重大战略调整时期出现的新机遇,大力推进信息化和工业化深度融合，这关乎到我国未来的发展方式的转变，同时也是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重大战略性选择。 信息化与工业化融合是两个历史进程的融合发展，信息化不仅带动工业化，还要带动和促进一切与工业化相伴随的历史进程，使之融合发展。 我国信息化与工业化融合发展历程与发达国家的特点相比有显著地不同。发达国家是渐进式发展，先工业化后信息化；先管理现代化后管理信息化。而我国是跳跃式发展，信息化与工业化融合发展，管理现代化与管理信息化同步发展。 企业的竞争优势随着信息技术的迅猛发展以及竞争的日益加剧难以长久的保持。中国工业与信息化部（以下简称工信部）于2014年推行了信息化与工业化融合管理体系,使企业为应对内部条件和外部竞争环境的变化，不断打造信息化环境下的新型能力，以保持竞争优势的可持续性。 本文从以下几个方面对信息化与工业化融合管理体系在S公司的应用进行分析：首先，本文以信息化与工业化融合的相关理论为基础，结合我国的现状，系统而客观的分析了我国在现阶段信息化与工业化融合的必要性。其次，对S公司进行了深入的调研，分析了S公司的竞争环境及S公司信息化与工业化融合的现状，发现S公司在信息化与工业化融合方面存在的问题。最后，结合S公司存在的问题，对信息化与工业化融合管理体系在S公司的应用进行分析，包括对信息化与工业化融合的方针、目标及新型能力的策划，过程、职责及资源保障，管理体系文件的策划与编写等方面。
英文摘要：	Worldwide new technological revolution and industrial revolution emerging, China is in a crucial period of comprehensive and deep reforming, accelerating speed of transforming the way of economic development, realizing economic structure strategic adjustment. To promote the informatization and industrialization depth fusion is a matter of the effectiveness of the change of economic development pattern in our country. Informatization and industrialization is the fusion of two historical process developments. The informationization not only helped industrialization, but also mixed and promoted all the historical process accompanied by industrialization. The characteristics of information fusion and industrialization development in developed countries and our country has significant differences. Developed countries experienced informatization after industrialization. So did them in management. However, our country leaped and bounded with fusion of information and industrialization. Both of information and industrialization appeared in management. With the rapid development of information technology and increasing competition, of enterprises is difficult to keep the competitive advantages for a long time. In 2014 China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology implemented management system the of integration informatization and industrialization, which made the enterprise to cope with the changes of internal conditions and external competition environment, to constantly create new capacities in information environment, and to maintain the sustainability of competitive advantages. This thesis analyzed the management system application in company S in following aspects: Firstly, it systematically and objectively analyzed the necessity of the informatizational and industrializational fusion, based on relevant theories and national conditions. Secondly, it stated the present situation of the informatizational and industrializational fusion in company S and problems, based on the deep research. Finally, based on the problems existing in the company S, it analyzed application of the management system in company S, including policies, objectives and new capacity, process, responsibilities and resource security, and planning and writing system documents, etc.
