中文摘要：	经历过了高速增长，以及争议不断的地产泡沫之后,中国的房地产业发展进入到了一个调整期。结合中国的城镇化进程，我国地产行业目前所处的外部环境及其发展趋势,地产企业选择并实施合适本企业发展的战略定位是应对危机从而实现长期发展的最佳的选择。 最近几年,政府也相应出台了一系列针对地产行业宏观调控的政策，给国内地产企业造成了更大的压力。在这种不断加剧的房地产竞争态势及日趋严厉的宏观调控的新形势下，A 公司感到了前所未有的压力和挑战。因此不管是A公司面临的外部环境还是A公司的内部条件来分析，重新调整公司战略定位有着重大的意义。本论文以A公司为研究对象,通过SWOT分析法确定了公司未来5年的战略目标。为了保证战略的实施，A公司制定出了地产行业内领先的全面外包模式，同时重新进行了工作流程和制度的再造工作。
英文摘要：	Go through a rapid growth of the controversial real estate bubble, the development of China’s real estate industry entered an adjustment period. Based on China’s urbanization process, at present, the environment of real estate industry in our country and its future development trends, the best choice of the real estate companies cope with the crisis and come true the long-term development is choose suitable for the enterprise development strategy. In recent years, with the issue of a series of macro-control Policies on real estate market, the real estate enterprises are facing great Pressures. Under the new situation of growing real estate competition and an increasingly severe macroeconomic regulation and control, A company felt the unprecedented pressure and challenges. Therefore, whether it's facing the external environment of A company or A company's internal conditions to analysis, as soon as possible in line with the company's development strategy is of great significance. In this paper with A company as the research object, through the SWOT analysis method to determine the strategic target of company in the next five years. In order to guarantee the implementation of the strategy, A company out of the real estate industry's leading comprehensive outsourcing model, at the same time to the working process and system reconstruction work.
