中文摘要：	在我国，融资租赁是一个发展相对较晚的行业。行业起步是从上世纪80年代开始，发展至今可分为第一次高速增长阶段（1980-1987年）、行业整顿阶段（1987年-1999年）、外部环境改善阶段（2000年-2003年）、第二次高速增长阶段（2004-今）等四个阶段。自2004年以来，随着中国融资租赁外部环境逐渐改善、融资租赁经验不断积累，同时吸取发达国家的先进经验，行业发展逐渐成熟，融资租赁行业重新开始了快速增长。伴随我国经济高速持续增长，融资租赁行业的经营环境的逐步改善，融资租赁行业将迎来巨大的发展机遇。同时，伴随着融资租赁业的快速发展，融资租赁公司数量呈现几何式增长，行业竞争日趋激烈，如何保持、提升核心竞争力，在激烈的市场竞争中取得优势，成为融资租赁公司普遍关注的问题。笔者所在的T租赁股份有限公司作为一家外资融资租赁公司，同样面临来自行业和类型金融业态的激烈竞争，本文研究的目的就是就在于通过系统分析目前融资租赁行业普遍采用的融资方式和T融资租赁公司的内外部环境，结合竞争战略力量和成本领先理论，选择适合T融资租赁公司的低成本融资方式，为T融资租赁公司取得低成本战略优势提出建议，对于T融资租赁公司在的未来发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
英文摘要：	In our country, finance lease is an industry of late development. Starting from the 1980s, the industry has experienced the 1st high speed growth period (1980-1987), industrial reorganization period (1987-1999), external environment improvement period (2000-2003) and the 2nd high speed growth period (2004 until now). Since 2004, the external environment of Chinese finance lease is improving and its experience is accumulating continuously. The industrial development is becoming more mature with fast growth since advanced experience of developed countries are absorbed and used for reference. With the continuous high speed growth of national economy and gradual improvement of the operation environment of finance lease industry, the industry will face a huge development opportunity. Meanwhile, with the fast development of finance lease industry, quantity of finance lease companies is growing sharply with fierce industrial competition. Finance lease companies are paying more and more attention to the maintenance and improvement of core competitiveness and the advantage in fierce market competition. As an overseas-funded finance lease company, T Finance Lease Co., Ltd. is also facing the fierce competition of the industry. This paper will combine competition strategic theory and cost advantage theory, select suitable low-cost financing method for T Finance Lease Co., Ltd and put forward suggestions on getting low-cost strategic advantage by systematic analysis of financing methods commonly adopted by current finance lease industry according to the internal and external environment of T Finance Lease Co., Ltd., which can be used for reference in the future development of T Finance Lease Co., Ltd.
