| 中文摘要： | 摘要 随着工业的发展、社会的进步，人们对于环境问题的需求也越来越多。后工业时代以来，世界各国对于环境问题的认识日趋重视。卡逊女士撰写的《寂静的春天》逐渐唤起了人们对于环境保护的意识，在随后的联合国《人类环境会议》上，可持续发展的概念被正式提出。环境保护产业是在面对环境污染，改善环境以及保护自然资源的需求下诞生的新兴产业，同时也是技术和资金都相对密集的产业。环境技术咨询行业是指基于环境需求的、实现环境效果的、为环境保护、污染防治提供总体解决方案的系统服务产业。作为我国环境保护产业迅猛发展的大前提下衍生出的产业，是环境服务产业中不可或缺的重要组成部分。在这近二十年的时间里，中国的环境技术咨询服务机构无论是环保机构也好，从业人员也好，总量都有了惊人的变化，足以看到环境产业的迅猛发展。但即使这样环境技术咨询服务产业占环境保护产业的比重仍不足15%，远远低于发达国家平均水平。 本文首先对环境技术咨询服务市场的现状及需求进行了深入浅出的分析，认为在行业政策及行业经济环境下，环境技术咨询服务市场需求越来越多，从而催生了环境技术咨询公司服务平台。接着本文探讨了以人性化的方法探索环境技术咨询行业的新模式，新方法。运用整合第三方资源、法律法规标准化等多种创新手段，给出了具有创新意义的环境技术咨询公司服务平台方案。其关注点在于如何结合国际国内对于环境保护的重视状况进行研究，如何参考相关法律法规对于环境技术咨询行业的影响，以及如何帮助企业创造价值的同时，以可持续发展的模式承担社会价值。最后结合环境技术服务咨询公司实施创新平台的案例，加以深入说明。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Abstract Nowadays environmental protection is more and more important for all the countries. SILENT SPRING is the most famous book, written by Ms Carson, which exerts a tremendous influence on people’s mind of environmental protection. With the industry and society development, people show much more requirements for environmental protection. Environmental protection industry is a new-born Hi-tech industry, in which environmental protection consulting service is one of the most important ones. It is based on environmental requirement and serves as a whole solution system industry. In the nearly twenty years, environmental protection consulting service company growth in an amazing speed with the total number of company and also employee, While the percentage of environmental protection consulting service industry is still lower than 15%. In this paper we mainly focus on the needs of environmental protection consulting service. Environmental protection information platform give a significant effect on the environmental protection consulting service markets. In this paper it is focus on how to provide a new model of environmental protection consulting service with hommization, integration and standardization. The needs of environmental protection consulting service mainly come from the responsibility.
