中文摘要:能源战略的实施带动了电力建设项目发展的良好态势,电力工程项目与日俱增。众多工程项目的出现也意味着竞争加更加剧烈,那么如何让电力工程项目在激烈的竞争中保有优势,就成为摆在电力工程项目面前的难题。人力资源管理是项目管理中的一个重要组成部分,让人力资源转化成为人力资本是项目建设过程中的一个关键点,而在人力资源的开发和管理方面,激励又是必不可少的一个环节。 电力工程项目作为能源行业,性质比较特殊,由于一些历史遗留问题,还尚未安全的摆脱计划体制,对人力资源的价值和通过激励措施激发人力资源价值还没有给予足够的重视。正因如此,在电力工程项目中组织成员工作缺乏积极性,组织成员与组织成员之间、组织成员与管理者之间缺乏互动性以至于一些人才被埋没,人力资源价值没有得到最大发挥。科学合理的激励措施在电力工程项目管理中的应用显得十分迫切。 基于上述背景,本文以人力资本相关理论为基础,探讨如何将激励理论以及一些可行的激励措施应用于电力建设项目之中,帮助电力建设项目提高人力资源管理和绩效管理的水平。为了让研究更具有针对性,本文以电力工程项目A公司为例,采用了问卷调查等方法,实际了解了A公司在项目人员激励中存在的问题,并有针对性的提出了优化建议,希望能够帮助A公司等电力工程项目解决项目人力资源管理中难题,建立人力资本优势,进而增强整体的竞争力。 
英文摘要:The implementation of energy strategy led to the good situation of electric power construction project in the development of electric power project, grow with each passing day. The presence of many projects also means that competition and more intense, so how to make the electric power project has the advantage in the fierce competition, it becomes a serious problem in front of electric power engineering electrical engineering project. Human resource management is an important part of project management, make the human resources into human capital is a key point in the process of project construction, and in the development and management of human resources, incentive is an essential part of. Electric power engineering project as the energy industry, nature is special, because of some problems left over by history, yet safe to get rid of the planned economy system, the human resource value and value to stimulate human resources through incentives have not given enough attention. Because of this, in the electric power engineering project members work enthusiasm, between members of the organization, members and organization members and managers lack of interactivity that some talent buried, human resource value has not been the biggest play. Scientific and reasonable incentive measures applied in electric power engineering project in project management is very urgent. Based on the above background, this paper takes the human capital theory as the basis, to explore how the incentive theory and the application of some feasible incentive measures in electric power construction project, help electric power construction projects to improve human resource management and performance management level. In order to make the research more targeted, based on the electric power engineering project of A company as an example, using the method of questionnaire, the practical understanding of the A companies exist in the motivation of staff in question, and puts forward the optimization suggestion, hope to be able to help A company and other electric power electric power project to solve the difficult problem of project human resources management, the establishment of human capital advantage, and enhance overall competitiveness.
