中文摘要:当今社会,城市快速发展,在面对城市各种交通运输压力的情况下,轨道交通具有无可比拟的优势,在城市轨道交通大量建设的过程中,伴随着大量的人员伤亡、财产损失,社会影响也随之而来,引起了人们对地铁施工质量风险的高度重视,地铁内部的运营系统以及机电系统技术复杂,投资巨大,而且不论是在车站的运营还是前期的施工都有着非常重要的地位,所以对于地铁机电系统的风险研究就更为重要了。首先,文章通过对地铁机电安装工程风险管理的基本内容及特点的分析,结合工程实例,以及城市轨道交通项目的特殊性,提出了地铁机电安装项目的几项风险因素,从项目定义与决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段、运营阶段五个阶段入手进行分解、分析,再结合文献查阅、专家访谈,主要对施工阶段风险进行了研究,识别出地铁机电安装工程项目施工阶段的风险因素。 其次,本文针对辨识出的地铁机电安装项目施工风险因素,采用了层次分析法对地铁机电安装项目风险进行了分析,然后采用了矩阵法对风险进行了评估;最后文章对该施工项目中风险一一提出了应对方法,还列举了地铁施工过程中可能出现的一些突发险情,并给出了具体应对措施。最后,本文对地铁机电安装项目的风险管理进行了总结和展望,希望通过本文对地铁机电安装项目施工风险管理的研究,能够加强施工过程中对风险因素的评估、预测、防范和控制,减少风险的发生率,从而达到减少损失和提高收益的目的。 
英文摘要:In current society, with the fast city development, under the situation of heavy traffic pressure in the cities, rail transportation has its own incomparable advantage. During the huge amount of civic rail transportation construction, the huge amount of personal injury, property loss and social influence which happens at the same time attracts people’s attention on the quality and risk of railway construction. The railway operating system and railway electromechanical system need high technology and huge amount of investment, and they are very important for both railway station operation and pre-construction. Therefore,the risk investigation of railway electromechanical system is extremely important. First of all, with the analysis of the basic content and feature of risk management of railway electromechanical system installment and the specialty of civic rail transportation project, this essay presented the several risk factors of railway electromechanical system installment. The study and analysis was proceeding with five parts, which are project definition, decision, design, construction and management. Together with the literation study, expert interview, this essay mainly studies the risk of construction, and recognizes the risk factor of the construction of railway electromechanical system. Second, focusing on the risk factor of construction of railway electromechanical system, this essay analyzed the project risk of railway electromechanical system installment with Analytic Hierarchy Process, and evaluated it with Matrix Technique. In the end, this essay presented revolution of each risk factor of the construction, made examples of several sudden danger during railway construction, and provided revolutions. At last, this essay concluded and made expectation of the risk management of railway electromechanical system installment. Through the study of risk management railway electromechanical system installment , of Hope this essay could improve the evaluation, anticipation, prevention and control of the risk during the construction, lower the incidence of risk and reach the goal of lower loss and increase the profit.
