中文摘要:服务是图书馆生存和发展的基础,图书馆服务标准的制定和实施有助于强化图书馆的服务理念和标准意识,降低服务的随意性和不稳定性,切实提高图书馆服务的规范程度,保证图书馆服务的质量和效益,提高用户的满意程度。高校图书馆是图书馆事业的重要组成部分,为高校教学和科研服务,具有自身鲜明的特色,随着高校学术交流与信息传播模式的变化,用户需求与行为的变化,对高校图书馆带来挑战,国内外图书馆理论与实践界已经开始关注以标准规范为切入点促进图书馆服务发展。我国图书馆标准规范工作整体起步较晚,对服务规范的研究与实践在近年来才开始着手,目前只出台了《公共图书馆服务规范》这一国家标准,不仅缺少对其他类型图书馆服务标准的研究和探讨,而且也缺乏对图书馆服务标准体系的系统研究。本研究以高校图书馆服务标准体系为研究对象,以服务标准理论、图书馆服务理论和图书馆标准化理论为基础,构建图书馆服务标准理论框架,进而与高校图书馆服务实践相结合,在实证研究的基础上提出了高校图书馆服务标准体系,并围绕标准体系从宏观和微观层面提出了应用策略,以推动高校图书馆服务标准理论研究和实践应用。本研究的总体研究思路分为四个阶段:第一阶段,在文献综述的基础上,吸收借鉴服务标准理论、图书馆服务理论以及图书馆标准化理论,探讨图书馆服务标准的相关理论问题,构建图书馆服务标准的理论框架。第二阶段,多方面调查有关高校图书馆服务规范的要求,提取高校图书馆服务标准的要素,并据此开展问卷调查,为高校图书馆服务标准体系具体内容研究提供实证依据。第三阶段,通过统计分析对高校图书馆服务标准体系的要素自动聚类,明晰高校图书馆服务标准的体系构架,提出高校图书馆服务标准的初步体系,通过专家咨询对其进行验证并修正,最终正式确定高校图书馆服务标准的体系。第四阶段,围绕所提出的高校图书馆服务标准体系,从宏观层面及微观层面提出高校图书馆服务标准体系的应用策略。为实现研究目标,执行研究思路,本研究采用了问卷调查、专家咨询等方法开展相关研究。全文分为七章。经过理论推演与实证分析,本研究的主要结论包括如下四个方面。第一,高校图书馆服务标准实践处于起步阶段,需要理论研究的指导,首先需要对服务标准体系进行系统的研究。第二,通过全面的理论分析,在服务标准理论、图书馆服务理论、图书馆标准化理论基础上构建了图书馆服务标准的基本理论框架。第三,经实证研究、统计分析和专家咨询,最终确定高校图书馆服务标准体系由六大主题58个要素构成。第四,高校图书馆服务标准体系的应用策略主要体现在宏观层面和微观层面。本文补充了高校图书馆服务标准方面的研究,将丰富图书馆标准化的理论成果,促进图书馆学情报学领域对图书馆服务标准的认识和关注,并且有助于推动高校图书馆服务标准的制定及应用。本研究的创新之处主要有以下几点:第一,比较全面地分析了高校图书馆服务标准问题,在服务标准理论、图书馆服务理论、图书馆标准化理论基础上构建起图书馆服务标准的理论框架。并且提出图书馆服务标准体系的基本结构包括服务条件、服务过程、服务管理、服务质量四个方面。第二,对高校图书馆服务标准进行较为充分的实证研究,通过网站调查、文本调查、问卷调查、专家咨询,在差异剖析和综合判断的基础上,提出高校图书馆服务标准较为合理的体系及其内容要素。最终确定的高校图书馆服务标准体系涵盖六大主题58个要素。第三,在理论分析和实践调查基础上提出高校图书馆服务标准体系的应用策略,包括宏观层面和微观层面的策略,为高校图书馆服务标准体系的应用提供了可操作的依据。 
英文摘要:Service is a cornerstone of library’s existence and development, thus the formulation and implementation of library services standard could partially strengthen the service philosophy and standard knowledge for libraries,reduce the randomness and instability of service,effectively promote the standardization of library service,ensure the quality and performance of library service as well as enhance the satisfaction of users. University library, which is an undeniable part of librarianship,always serves higher education and scientific researches with its distinctive characteristics. With the change of academic communication and information transmission mode,the user needs and behavior change and development,university library should face new opportunities and challenges. Theory and practice in standard specifications have been paied attention to promote the development of library service. However,as the standardization work in libraries starts late in China and the research on service specification is just catching up, in recent years only the Public Library Service Specification has been issued, and the study on is still in its infancy. In this dissertation,university library’s service standard is as the studying object,the theoretical framework of library’s service standard,contents of university library’s service standard system are explored by combining related theories of library service and service standard with university library’s service practices. And the application strategy are put forward for formulation and implementation the university library service standard, to promote the theory research and practical application of university library service standard. The overall research idea of this dissertation is divided into four stages. In the first stage, based on literature review, library’s service standard will be explored in a theoretical level with theories of library service,and library standardization and service standard so as to construct a theoretical framework. Then,in the second stage,through an investigation of requirements for university library’s service specification,the elements of university library’s service standard must be extracted, so that the further study on its specific contents can be provided with several practical references. In the third stage,depending on the elements we have extracted, a questionnaire survey is going to be carried out, and the framework of the standard can be further clarified through the auto-clustering analysis. In the fourth stage, the draft of framework for university library’s service standard should be proposed,through expert-consultation,this framework will be verified, adjusted and formally identified. On the basis of all above stages,strategies for service standard of university library must be put forward. In order to realize the research goals and ideas,methods like questionnaire survey and expert-consulting are employed. This dissertation consists of seven chapters. Through theoretical deduction and empirical analysis,the primary conclusions of this dissertation involve the following five aspects. Firstly,the practice of university library’s service standard need to be guided by the theoretical research due to its late start, especially need a system research on service standard system. Secondly,theoretical framework of library service are constructed in a theoretical level with theories of library service,and library standardization and service standard. Thirdly,through empirical study, statistical analysis and expert-consulting, the system of university library's service standard is established with six themes,including fifty-eight elements. Finally,the dissertation points out that university library’s service standard need to be guaranteed in the aspects of macro level and micro level. This research fills the gaps of study on university library standards,enriches the theoretical achievements with regards to library standardization,strengthens the awareness of Library and Information Science on library service standard,and is also beneficial for boosting the formulation and implementation of university library’s service standard. The main originality of this dissertation is as follows: First,the theoretical framework of library service standard has been constructed by comprehensively analyzed and explored,besides,the basic structure of the service standard system is composed of four aspects as service condition, service process, service administration and service quality, has been established with the theories of library service, library standardization and service standard. Second, through in-depth empirical investigation, a relatively rational system and its contents of university library service standard have been proposed using web vote, textual analysis, questionnaire survey and expert-consulting based on major differences analysis and integrated estimation. The finally identified framework of university library’s service standard involves six themes and fifty-eight elements. Third,on the basis of theoretical analysis and investigation,strategies for university library’s service standard,which relate to macro level and micro level, have been put forward,providing several operational references for ensuring the standard’s application.
