| 中文摘要: | 伴随着ERP实施的多样化,企业实施ERP过程中会有多参与方参与其中。在多代理方参与实施的背景下,有效知识转移和知识合作创新对提升企业实施ERP绩效以及知识转移带来的效用有很大的促进作用。因此对ERP实施中的知识转移过程和合作创新机制进行细分研究是有必要的。 本文分析了知识转移对ERP实施的作用,并研究了知识转移的影响因素对知识转移绩效的影响。重点构建了ERP实施过程中双向知识转移模型,分析委托方向代理方知识转移以及代理方向委托方知识转移的区别,并且基于奖惩激励机制对知识转移中相关要素和收益进行了模型构建,研究了委托方在双向知识转移中应该如何设置奖惩、激励系数来有效提升代理方的知识吸收或知识传授意愿,提高知识转移带来的相应收益。并且通过模型求解分析了知识吸收能力、吸收意愿及企业边际效益等影响转移绩效因素对各参与方实际收益的影响。 本文同时研究了在ERP软件商和咨询商同时参与代理情况下,二者如何基于博弈进行知识合作创新,以达到各自追求创新知识对提升自身的效益与价值的目标。主要通过构建博弈模型分析了各参与方对相关创新投入的参与率,以及二者博弈如何影响创新总投入。 通过模型求解得到了委托方应该提升激励强度;基于观测努力水平与规定努力水平差额的奖惩值增强,代理方也会提高学习知识努力水平;同时努力水平有一定的最大值,在一定范围内代理方的吸收努力水平提高才会带来自身收益的提高;设置的激励系数超过一定数值会影响委托方的实际收益等。在反向知识转移中,得出了在收益最大化条件下的激励系数和奖励系数之间数值关系。 博弈模型中得到的结论包括主方的投入率与边际收益的关系,主方的边际收益越大,主方的投入率也相对增大,相反从方的边际收益越小,主方的投入率则越低;主方选择是基于其边际收益与从属组织的边际收益之比等条件来参与合作知识创新。 本文通过模型构建与求解得到的结论,对提高委托方实施ERP过程中的知识转移收益与提升代理方合作创新绩效有一定参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the development of ERP system, an increasing number of corporations get involved in the course of ERP implementation. Critical to enterprise resource planning implementation is the efficient knowledge flow and effective knowledge transfer. The way to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer and knowledge innovation is important to the performance of ERP implementation and the knowledge competence of each side. This paper analyzes how the knowledge transfer and related factors influence the performance of ERP implementation. A model was developed, positing that knowledge transfer was influenced by the knowledge-, source-, recipient-, and transfer context-related aspects. Effective knowledge transfer is assisted by the absorptive capacity of the learner and the competence of the knowledge holder. This paper mainly analyzes knowledge transfer and flow of the two different directions. With the analysis of factors that have an impact on the performance or economic return, it builds the models of two types of knowledge transfer, typically about the incentive mechanism and acquisition or absorptive willingness. It concludes that proper incentive mechanism could improve the performance or economic return of knowledge transfer; it analyzes how to set the level of reward or punishment and incentive measures, the optimal level is based on the level of other related influencing factors. And the level of incentive measurements should set properly, otherwise, incentives could not lead to the increase of performance or economic return. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the correlation between the influencing factors and the performance of knowledge transfer. Based on the game theory this paper studies the way of cooperative knowledge innovation between the ERP Software Company and consultant. The determinants of ERP cooperative knowledge innovation performance is based on the input and investment of both sides. And each level of input is decided based on the game theory which could lead to the maximization of benefit. It builds the model to analyze how to set the level of total input, and each sides should to make a strategic decision to ensure the benefit brought by the cooperative knowledge innovation. This part concludes that relation between the input rate and the marginal income, and the ratio of marginal income of each side influence the decision making by each side. | |
