中文摘要：	装修项目质量管理是为了保障项目装修效果能够使业主满意，所开展的对于项目产出物质量和项目工作质量的全面管理工作。施工阶段质量管理工作的有效性关系到整个装修工程的最终质量，可以说装修工程的质量很大程度上决定于施工阶段的质量管理效果。本文重点对施工项目质量管理的“三部曲”，即对项目的质量策划、质量控制、质量改进进行了认真研究。 在华北电网办公楼装修项目的施工中，通过运用现代质量管理的相关理论,对装修工程的质量管理开展研究。深入的分析和总结了装修项目施工质量管理理论和方法，重点分析了在项目实施阶段影响装修施工质量的主要因素，并根据已确定的项目质量目标，进行一系列项目质量管理的策划，包括项目质量目标分解策划、项目质量保证体系策划、项目过程的质量控制策划、项目质量改进的策划等。 项目质量管理的核心是质量控制，而施工过程质量控制又是项目质量控制的重点。本文通过采取对项目施工阶段的全过程质量控制以及项目全要素施工质量控制的措施，来实现项目质量管理的目标。本文针对华北电网办公楼装修项目提出了施工质量控制的措施和方法，为施工阶段的质量控制提供了科学的、合理的、客观的和实用的理论依据，并结合本人多年的实践提出了一些可行的办法，以展开建筑装修项目施工质量管理。 质量改进是对现有的质量水平在控制的基础上加以提高，使质量达到一个新水平、新高度。质量改进的步骤本身是一个PDCA循环，通过对装修项目施工中常见的质量通病采取一系列防治措施，达到对装修项目质量持续改进。
英文摘要：	The quality management of decoration project is carried out to make sure all the project’s output is of great quality so that the owners can be satisfied with the project decoration’s effect. During the construction stage, the effectiveness of the quality management is so important that, to some extent, it can determine the final quality of the whole decoration project. This paper focuses on the "three steps" of construction project quality management, namely the quality planning, quality control, and quality improvement. The author adopts the theories of Modern Quality Management to study the quality management of the North China Power Grid Office Building’s Decoration Project, and then makes a deep analysis and summary of the related theories and methods. The emphasis is put on the main factors affecting the project quality in stage of implementation. Based on the established goals of the project, the author designs a series of plans on the projet quality management, such as the goal decomposition planning, quality assurance system planning, quality control planning, quality improvement planning, and so on. The core of project quality management is quality control, while the control during the construction stage is of great importance.This paper analyzes the quality control during the whole project construction stage and all the factors related to construction quality. Besides, this paper comes up with practical measures and methods for the North China Power Grid Office Building’s Decoration Project, and at the same time provides a scientific, reasonable, objective and practical theoretical theory for the project’s implementation on the basis of the author’s years of practice, with the purpose of achieving great project quality management Quality improvement is carried out to improve current quality to a new level. The steps of quality improvement are a PDCA cycle, which improves the quality of a project by taking a series of effective measures.
