中文摘要: | 摘 要能源装备制造业是国家经济发展和社会安全稳定的支柱产业,近年来,实现了从无到有的跨越式发展,也正在步入战略升级和转型期。随着变革的加剧,战略管控的研究对能源装备制造企业未来的生存和发展也越来越具有重要意义。如何有效地制定战略,快速响应市场变化;企业的内部管理体系如何适应战略升级需要,实现由一个业务增长变成多个业务都有效增长,也成为摆在安瑞科气体机械公司面前的一道新命题。针对此问题,本文以安瑞科气体机械有限公司为例,对公司的战略分析、战略规划及实施方式、战略绩效评价及实施保障等构成的公司发展战略及实施进行了重点研究。本文从战略管理的一般研究成果入手,第一、二部分叙述了安瑞科气体机械有限公司战略管理的背景及战略管控相关理论和工具回顾。第三部分论述了安瑞科气体机械有限公司战略环境分析,通过组织催化研讨会的形式展开实证研究获得数据,利用SWOT矩阵和战略钻石模型分析,为公司战略规划的制定提供了研究分析的工具和方法,系统地认识安瑞科气体机械有限公司的战略规划编制过程。第四部分通过内外部环境回顾与分析,明确了公司未来发展的战略选择。第五部分就战略实施进行了论述,使战略目标的分解和战略风险防控更具指导性;也为年度计划预算的编制提供了战略发展依据,又使年度预算紧密地承接了战略需要;通过战略规划整体绩效评价体系的引进,使企业的运营实现了以战略为牵引、以绩效促落地的管控目的;在内部资源配置方面,通过职能战略和投资计划的明确,满足了企业长远、可持续发展。本文突破了以往对战略管理仅在某一方面的研究,不仅局限于公司战略规划的编制阶段,而是把战略管理从发展战略的分析研讨、明确选择再到过程实施等,作为一个体系进行了全过程的分析和探索,能对安瑞科气体机械有限公司选择并执行一个正确的战略提供帮助。对我国能源装备制造企业的战略管控具有一定的启发意义和实用价值。 关键词:发展战略;战略实施;战略评价;风险防控识别 | |
英文摘要: | Abstract Energy equipment manufacturing industry is the mainstay industry of national economic development and society security and stability. For the past few years, equipment manufacturing industry of China developed rom nothing and succeeded great-leap-forward development and it is stepping into the period of strategy upgrading and transformation. Along with the aggravation of transformation, the study of strategic management & control becomes more significant to the survival and development of future of every company. It thus appears that, how to decide strategy efficiently to response to the market change quickly, how to realize the dynamic condition; how to ensure the internal management system could handle the changes brought by strategy upgrading, and succeed growth from single business to muti-business. All these doubts above become a new proposition for Shijiazhuang Enric Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. Aim at this proposition, set Shijiazhuang Enric Gas Equipment as an example, this thesis mainly focus on the study of strategic analysis, strategic program and implement methods, strategic performance evaluation and implement guarantee and so on enterprise development strategy and implementation. This thesis commence with general research achievement of strategy management, the first and second part represents the background of company strategic management and relating theories and tools review of the strategy management and control. Part 3 clarified the strategy environment analysis of Enric Gas Equipment Company separately, by organizing catalytic meetings to make empirical study and obtain data , using SWOP matrix strategy diamond model analysis, it offers research and analysis tool and method for establishment of company strategic program ,and comprehensively know about the establishment process of the strategic program of Shijiazhuang Enric Gas Equipment Company. In Part 4, through analysis of internal and external environment, to define the of strategy choice of company development in the future. Part 5 clarified the strategy implementation and make decomposition of strategic goals and strategic risk prevention & control more guiding ; meanwhile to supply the strategic development basis for the establishment of company annual plan budget and make the annual budget undertake strategic requirement closely; through the introduction of strategic program overall performance evaluation system, realizing the management goal of basis on strategy and promote by performance in operating the company; in the respect of internal resource distribution , by defining function strategy and investment plan which satisfy the goal of long-term and continuous development of the company. In this thesis, we break through the old patterns when we do the strategic management only in one side, not only limited to the establishment of strategy program, but also we take strategic management from analysis and discussion of development strategy and its definite choice and process implementation etc. as a system to make analysis and exploration of the overall process. This thesis can offer good assistance for Enric Gas Equipment Comany during choosing and executing a right strategy; moreover, it has certain enlightening significance and practical value for the strategic management of our country’s energy equipment manufacture companies.
