中文摘要：	用户任务体现了用户需求，信息质量评价的结果决体现检索结果是否满足 需求，两者都是检索中不可缺少的因素，然而两者之间的关系却鲜有系统、深 入的研究。研究从用户对任务特征和用户信息质量评价的主观感知入手，探究 用户任务和信息质量评价之间的关系，以期提高信息检索质量。 因此，研究的目的是探索任务特征与信息质量评价的关系。基于此，本研 究包括以下具体问题：任务特征是否会影响用户对检索结果的信息质量评价？ 任务的哪些特征会显著影响用户对信息质量评价指标的关注程度？任务的哪些 特征与用户对信息质量评价指标的关注程度显著相关？ 研究分为两个阶段，第一阶段通过访谈式问卷调查法明确用户会根据不同 的任务特征选择不同的信息质量评价指标对检索结果进行评价，并探究影响用 户进行信息质量评价的高频任务特征，以及分别对应的评价指标。最后，提出 有关任务特征与信息质量评价指标关系的假设。该阶段采用目标式抽样，选取 44 个具有信息检索相关专业背景的样本进行调查。结果表明，用户会根据不同 的任务特征选择不同的信息质量评价指标，60%以上的被调查者认为任务的紧急 程度、重要程度、目标清晰度以及任务的检索阶段会影响被调查者进行信息质 量评价。 第二阶段的研究使用实验研究的方法，根据第一阶段的研究结果设计实验 变量，验证假设并对深入研究高频任务特征与信息质量评价之间的关系。实验 参与者被要求检索六个任务，在回答每个任务的过程中需要完成三份问卷。实 验共有24 个样本，产生144 条记录。数据分析结果表明任务的重要程度与用户 对信息有用性和全面性的关注程度显著相关，而且任务的重要程度显著影响用 户信息质量评价时对有用性和全面性指标的关注程度；任务的紧急程度与用户 对信息有用性和全面性的关注程度显著相关，而且任务的紧急程度显著影响用 户信息质量评价时对有用性指标的关注程度；任务的检索阶段不同，用户信息 质量评价时对信息的客观性和及时性的关注程度也不同。 研究拓展了任务特征和用户信息质量评价的研究，是对两者关系研究的细 化和深化。同时，根据研究结论，为实现基于任务的信息检索系统提出建议。
英文摘要：	Massive information imposes a burden on the user, and how to provide the precise search results is one of the most active questions in information science. Tasks can reflect the needs of users and information quality assessment is important for those who want to get satisfactory search results. Both tasks and information quality assessment are indispensable factors, while there are still few systematic studies. So in this study, we want to explore the relationship between tasks characteristics and information quality assessment, which, in turn, can help optimize the personalized information retrieval system. The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between tasks feature and information quality assessment.Whether the different characteristics of task will affect the user assessment of the information quality? Dose the characteristics of task will have a significant impact on the assessment of information quality? To what degree dose the relationship between task characteristics and information quality assessment has analyzed by the correlation analysis and regression analysis? Two studies, i.e., Study 1 and Study 2, were conducted.An interviewer-administered survey questionnaire was carried out in Study 1 to explore whether task characteristics can influence information quality assessment or not, and to explicit which task characteristics can effect assessment in a certain degree. In Study 1, we selected 44 respondents with information retrieval related background, as the way we chose to collect data was objective sample survey .According to subjective perception of 42 respondents,the results show that task characteristics influence information quality assessment .More than 60% of the respondents consider task urgency, task importance, task stages and the clarity of task goals producing an effect on information quality assessment separately. Based on the findings in Study 1, an experiment was conducted in Study 2 to probe the relationships between task characteristics and information quality assessment. 24 participants were asked to retrieve six tasks and answer threequestionnaires for each task, which produced 144 records. The results indicated that task characteristics are significantly related to information quality assessment.The participants felt significantly different in information usefulness for the high-degree and low-degree task importance, and also for task urgency.The participants felt significantly different in information immediateness for different task stages. This study expanded to the study of task characteristics as well as information quality assessment. Also, it is a refinement of the theory of relationship between task characteristics and information quality assessment. The result also provided empirical evidence to support the implementation of task-based information retrieval system.
