中文摘要:在如今竞争激烈的经济社会背景下,人力资源对于任何企业而言,都是极为宝贵的。如何留住优秀人才,并使其在工作岗位上产生较高的效能,其中一个关键因素,“员工满意度”,起着相当重要的作用。作为一个大型国有企业,员工满意度的高低对其发展同样起着相当重要的影响作用,本文以该企业的员工工作满意度为研究对象,在相关理论的基础上,通过问卷调查法,访谈调查法,统计分析法,经过对调查问卷结果的深入分析和研究,发现公司员工在工作环境与资源方面相对较满意,但得分也并没有很高,在工作职责与内容、内部管理与沟通、工作回报与发展等方面得分依次降低,并且均表现出较低的满意度。此外,在对不同类别员工满意度调查结果分析中发现,女性员工的满意度略高于男性员工的满意度;随着年龄的增长,员工对工作的满意度也随之有所提升;管理类员工的满意度最低,其次是生产类员工,研发类员工满意度最高。员工工作满意度低所反映出的是公司日常管理工作中有所疏忽之处,总体说来是管理者本身管理技能以及管理制度设置的问题。在这样的思路指导下,针对调查问卷结果所反映出的问题,逐一提出相应的改善建议。在提高员工对工作职责与内容的满意度方面,可从提高员工工作的挑战性,合理规划工作职责,等方面着手进行改善。随着企业员工个人素质的逐渐提升,领导者的管理水平也应不断提升,寻找合理的管理方法,对所管理员工的工作潜能深入挖掘,找到其适合的工作内容;而对于提高员工对工作回报与发展的满意度,可通过科学合理的规划劳动报酬以及完善奖励制度等措施来达成。通过此次的调查研究,旨在能够协助天津通信广播集团全面了解到员工满意度的情况,洞悉员工心之所系的关键点,能够更直接有效地激励员工,不断提高员工的满意度,促进天津通信广播集团有限公司持续发展。 
英文摘要:In today's competitive economic and social background, how to retain the talents, and make it have higher performance in the work, one of the key factors, "employee satisfaction", plays a very important role. As a large state-owned enterprise, employee satisfaction will also play an important influential role for the development of the enterprise. Made the employee satisfaction as the research object, by a questionnaire survey method, after the in-depth analysis and research on the results of questionnaires, found that the satisfaction of employees in the company feel relatively satisfactory in the work environment and resources, but the score is not high. The score decreased in the following areas: the job responsibilities and content, internal management and communication, working reward and development . In addition, found in the analysis of the survey results of different types of employee satisfaction, for different gender, female employee satisfaction is slightly higher than that of male employee . for different age workers, with the growth of age, staff satisfaction also will be increased; and in the different nature of the work, the lowest degree of satisfaction among management staff, followed by the production staff, R & D staff satisfaction. Low employee job satisfaction reflected some oversights in the day-to-day management of the companies. In the aspect of improving employee satisfaction on job responsibilities and content, can be increased from the challenge of work and reasonable planning responsibilities. With the gradual improvement of employees' personal qualities, the leadership need to improve the management skill; To improve staff satisfaction on return to work and working development,can be achieved through scientific and reasonable planning. This investigation is designed to be able to assist Tianjin Communications and broadcasting group to fully understand the situation of employee satisfaction. Finding out the key points, can directly and effectively motivate employees, it also can improve employee satisfaction, promoting the sustainable development of Tianjin Communication and broadcasting Group Co. ltd..
