中文摘要：	近年来，随着国内多项信息化工程的实施，我国移动互联网环境极大改善，越来越多的新型移动互联网产品不断出现在我们的生活中。同时，电子芯片的更新换代速度不断加快，为了在激烈的市场竞争中争取主动，一大批以新芯片代替旧芯片为目标的移植产品研发项目应运而生。这样一系列的项目组成的项目群，有着广泛的应用场景。相对而言，这类项目群在项目风险管理上的压力更大，要求更高。研究这类项目群的风险管理有重要的实际意义。 本文回顾、梳理了大量国内外相关文献，对项目管理及项目管理理论、项目风险管理理论及学术界尚定义模糊的相关概念（项目群管理、项目群风险管理）进行了回顾与研究。结合软件工程相关知识，通过对移植产品研发项目群进行研究、分析，从而得出这类项目群的特点；然后从项目风险管理的角度，总结此类项目群的风险管理的方法。本文以G公司2014年应用于中国移动公司的移植产品研发项目群作为研究对象，进行风险识别、评估和风险应对措施的分析。 本文首先提出移植产品研发项目群的特点，及项目群生命周期的三阶段划分理论；然后从项目风险管理角度确定此类项目群的风险问题域，从而为项目群制定风险识别、分析的方法。最终针对G公司移植产品研发项目群的风险应对策略，总结其在风险管理上的经验与不足。
英文摘要：	In recent years, with the implementation of a number of information technology projects in the country, China's mobile Internet environment greatly improved, more and more new mobile Internet products appear in our life constantly. Meanwhile（At the same time）, the electronic chip replacement rate is accelerating，in order to get initiative during the intense market competition, a large number of new chip to replace the old chip as the target product of R & D transplantation projects have emerged. a series of projects, has a wide range of application scenarios. With respect to the words, the pressure and commands in the project risk management of this kind of project group become more and more large, even more demanding. It has practical meaning to research the risk management of this kind of project group. This paper reviewed and organized the theory of project management, project risk management and some fuzzy definition in the academic community (theory of project group management and project group risk management) by a large amount of relevant literature both at home and abroad. Combining the software engineering knowledge, we have concluded the characteristics of R & D product transplantation project group by researching and analyzing; and then summarized the methods of risk management of such project groups from the perspective of risk management. This paper carried with the risk identification, risk assessment and response measures with the CMCC R & D Product Transplantation Project Group of G Company in 2014. This paper proposed the characteristics of R & D Product Transplantation Project Group firstly, and three stages of the project group’s life cycle theory; then determined the risk problem domain of this kind of project group from the perspective of risk management, in order to develop methods for risk identification and assessment. Finally according to the risk response measures of R & D Product Transplantation Project Group of G Company, we summarized the experience and shortage.
